Black Hills MOJO, come and enjoy the beautiful Nemo area in the Northern Hills.

Our home is centrally located in the beautiful Black Hills. A short drive to Nemo, Sturgis, Deadwood and Rapid City. Right next to ATV trails. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry, fully stocked kitchen, 2 covered porches, hot tub, 3 stall garage. All of this on 4 acres. A seasonal creek runs through the property. A great place to relax and enjoy the beauty of the Black Hills. The only gravel is the driveway. Plenty of parking, bring your family and make some lifetime memories.

The best rental in the BH

This is the 2nd time we've stayed here, and it won't be the last. JoAnne is a pleasure to work with. The property and location is amazing.

Family Vacation

Our family enjoyed our first trip to the Black Hills. The house was just perfect for us! Very clean and had everything we needed! We were able to take day trips to all of the local attractions both north and south of Nemo. I would highly recommend this property. There is a small restaurant in Nemo with delicious food. The pasta was great!

This was our 2nd time staying at Black Hills MOJO and it is a place that we will be staying at again. 7 Guys riding bikes and the place had more than enough room for us to relax, prepare meals, relax some more and garage space to put the bikes away for the night. JoAnne is a fantastic communicator! Everything we needed is there. The home is clean and the landscap is very well maintained, making it much more enjoyable to sit outside and enjoy the views. This place is the absolute perfect place for our group and our planned activities and adventures. Convenience of Nemo less than a mile away to get necessities at the Mercantile if needed as well as close enough to drive to other towns if wanting to go out to dinner or exploring. We had a fantastic time and will book again in the future. Thank you JoAnne and Marv for making this available to us as well as anyone else who has taken the opportunity to stay at Black Hills MOJO!

Perfect place

Everything was clean and well stocked. The house is in the perfect location for the sturgis rally. Joeanne is an excellent host, very personable and great to communicate with.

Perfect for our adventure

This place was perfectly set up for our vacation. Has all the amenities of home and then some. We have stayed in the Nemo area multiple times and this was by far the best. Plenty of room to gather as a group and great outside patios to enjoy relaxing. Fully equipped kitchen made it more enjoyable for meals than going somewhere to eat. Thanks for making this available for us. We all plan on returning and staying with you again!

Amazing property

House is awesome in a beautiful canyon super quiet and peaceful. 3 car garage is great. Everything you need is provided. Hot tub is clean and large. Kitchen and baths are updated. Joanne was a great host super attentive. If you dont have fun here there is something wrong with you. We will definetly be back!

Perfect base camp

I met my Dad and brother for a few days of side by side riding. Nemo area is great riding and this house worked perfectly for us. JoAnne was very friendly and accommodating, and the house made for a perfect jumping off spot. The house seemed recently remodeled, very clean, and great location. Owners are great to work with, couldn’t have been happier. And we had a great time riding!!

We rode horses and enjoyed the hot tub owner was super nice to les us keep out horses in his property .

Sturgis Rally

Great place to stay for the rally! Right in the middle of everything. Nemo is a cute little town too which loves bikers. The owners are fantastic as well. Very accommodating and communication is wonderful. The house was extremely gorgeous and we all really enjoyed our stay!!

Beautiful and Modern home!

This was a great place to stay with ATV trails right across the property! The view and covered porch was amazing to sit in at night! The home itself was super clean and very cozy! We had everything we needed plus some! I am planning to stay here again!

Great place for ATVers

Easy access to the centennial trail for outdoor enthusiasts. House was nice with lots of modern appliances and comfortable beds. The ATVers outside were a little annoying sometimes but not a big deal.

Ideal location and great hosts!

We were thrilled to realize how ideal the location of this house is for our ATV/UTV riding adventure. The VRBO description is exactly what we got when we arrived. Great location, clean and spacious! I reached out to the host on the first day with a question and she responded right away! Thank you for your attention to detail and for welcoming us! I am confident we will be staying at this property again!
