The villa offers a very pleasant living environment while remaining very close to the entertainment and beaches.
You will have a fully equipped kitchen and a large living room open to the outside, very airy and open to the swimming pool. This living space allows you to take full advantage of the villa, whatever the weather.
The living room floor is unique, a mix of rot-proof wood and white waxed concrete. The rendering is really splendid and warm.
The 3 bedrooms are very beautiful and air-conditioned, with a neat decoration and each have a private bathroom with wc.
The decoration mixes old renovated furniture and modern style (polished concrete).

The swimming pool has an integrated jacuzzi as well as a beach to relax while cooling off.
You can also enjoy the sun thanks to the sunbeds at your disposal or relax in the gazebo at the end of the swimming pool.

The villa is part of a complex of 2 almost identical villas which can be united into 1 single large villa via a wooden dividing wall which can be slid out when a single group rents the whole complex.
It may therefore sometimes be that there are nuisances with the neighborhood, even if this rarely happens.

It is possible to park scooters in front of the entrance to the villa but not a car. If you are driving, you should plan to leave it outside the gang, in the street, taking care not to obstruct traffic.

2 villas are at the end of construction at the entrance to the alley, which still sometimes generates noise pollution (second work being finalized) and slightly dirty the access path.
The new construction is NOT attached to the villa, it is a little further down the alley.
