Great location! Short walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The beds were comfortable and the home was clean and as described. Leftover paper products were available for us but that is likely hit or miss. (We made sure to leave some as well). The bedrooms are on separate levels so it's ideal for some privacy or to segregate the family snorer! I would like to reinforce that the interior stairway is not for anyone with decreased mobility or toddlers. Also, anyone in the lower bedroom would need to go up the stairs to use the bathroom in the middle of the night. As long as that doesn't affect you, it's wonderful! My husband, myself, and our young adult were very happy with our stay and would recommend this cute place. We'd love to return!

This house won’t win any awards for luxury but if you are concerned about location and functionality like we were then this place will be perfect. Less than a block away from the beach and boardwalk and a short walk to the main drag with restaurants and shops! Couldn’t have been happier with the spot.

Had to pick up welcome package from a different location. I had to sign a lease and was told that VRBO had nothing to do with this listing.WiFi was not working throughout the stay. Shower faucets were full of mold. Had to pay extra for linens. No garbage bags. No toilet paper. Not even one sheet of paper.

The property fit us just fine since it was just the 2 of us. Our only suggestion would be the addition of an outdoor space with a table and some chairs where you could enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a drink in the afternoon.

Location was great.

The location was great. It was disappointing because the house was dirty upon arrival and the water was not turned on. The cleaning people arrived quickly and addressed the issues which was appreciated. Our impression was we were the first guests of the season. Other than that the house was as expected and we had a great week!

Not worth what I paid for.

The location was great. When we arrived to the apartment, the outdoor shower couldn’t be used because there was a lot of moss and floor boards missing. It wasn’t safe to use. That was a big draw for our family to be able to use an outdoor shower after the beach. We couldn’t use it. The dishes were dirty when we got them out to use them, no batteries in the remotes, couldn’t use the lamps in the downstairs bedroom. There wasn’t an extension cord to plug them in. The dryer was dirty. The cabinet was broken by the frig. The oven was dirty. Had dirty dishes in there. When we turned it on, all this smoke came from it. The internet wasn’t working when we arrived . Tje bathroom was dirty, especially the shower. We found a large, long black hair in the upstairs bedroom. The owner only refunded us 100 dollars which I thought was really bad. We paid 3,000for the week. To have all these issues going on, especially with the outdoor shower. they would have refunded more than that we will not be staying there next summer and will not be recommending it to others.

We loved our stay at this Rehoboth Beach property! The home was clean, quiet, and conveniently located close to the beach. Check-in and check-out were both super easy, and the property was perfect for our family. We would definitely stay here again! My only recommendation would be to book directly through Coldwell Banker rather than VRBO, as we ended up paying double fees by booking through VRBO. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this property!

Great location, can’t beat it. But the dust…gross. It was also interesting that there were no pics of the bathroom…there’s a reason why. Definitely not the worst place we’ve stayed but the dust and a few dirty dishes was a real turn off. Also, navigating the outside of the unit and no place to wash off feet was a bummer. On the bright side, the location was amazing as was two parking spaces.

Property was overall great but there are no AC vents in the basement bedroom so it was hot. I also wish there was more soft seating in the upstairs like a second love seat or chair. House was super cute and well maintained. The location can’t be beat!

The location is fantastic and the onsite parking was super convenient. The ground floor, which has 4 of the 6 sleeping spots, has no bathroom. Also, if you plan to use the sleeper couch downstairs it barely fits in the space so you would have to walk over it to get to the room with the twin beds. There aren't many glasses or cups and the cookware is old school non-stick. The kitchenware could benefit from an update. Plan on bringing everything - toilet paper, kitchen sponge, paper towels, kitchen towel, coffee, kitchen soap, etc. There is nothing provided. We got there from a long road trip and there wasn't any toilet paper.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was fine. I do have to say though that the cleaners literally “cleaned” in 20 minutes. We kept an eye on the place knowing we could not get in until 3, which was fine. But, the cleaners came at 2:40 and gone by 3. So as far as it being “cleaned” I’m gonna say it was maybe running the vacuum and maybe wiping down the counters if even that. There is no way it could have been cleaned in 20 minutes. Also, the bathroom needs a mirror. I have never stayed anywhere where the bathroom did not contain a mirror. That is just weird, lol. All in all the stay was fine. I am very glad it was updated as far as furniture because I know how dirty it was the last time we stayed there, so that was nice. It’s a very convenient place to stay and less than a block from the beach. Also, the ceilings fans in both the living room and upstairs bedroom were very noisy when turned up, so noisy that we couldn’t really have them on.

Great location but lacking

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: No doubt this is a sweet rental house, but it is in need of a good cleaning. It would take just a little work to make it perfect. A better outside area would be nice like a small table and a couple of flower pots would make a nice reading spot or just relaxing in the fresh air. But really clean, clean, clean.

Great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the place was fine. The interior design however was a bit strange (i.e. the stairs to second floor, big furniture in small spaces) Several light bulbs that needed replacing, couch was stained and dirty - just little things.

Great location, but...

The good: fantastic location; comfortable beds and sofa-beds; adequate a/c; reasonable price. The bad: whole unit needs general upgrade. trash under beds. a/c returns filthy; blankets smelly and need good wash; many elec outlets not working; wi-fi router not working but replaced after 3 days; kitchen range old and rickity with loose coils; fridge door very stiff; furniture in main BR poorly located and drawers inaccessible; REALLY needs at least toilette and sink downstairs; stairs too steep and poorly located - hard for older folks like me; overall, felt more like a camping trip than a house near the beach.

Beach block bargain.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location, location, location! Ideal location, close to beach, restaurants and the Avenue. Didn't realize how steep the stairs would be from photos...made move in and move out a bit tricky. Otherwise, not a big problem. Two parking spaces was a huge plus. Maintenance/cleaning could have been better, but got an instant response to our concerns from Coldwell Banker. Their maintenance guy was on site in no time, and rectified the shortcomings. All in all, I'd highly recommend.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Vacation was great. 25B Olive is the best location. Property needed to be cleaned better upon our check in. Lights, outlets not working; furniture stained; property is dirty. The location makes up for much of this but not all.
