Sunrise Waterfront Villa 238B
Villa 238B is a beautiful 2-bedroom villa situated close to the white sands and turquoise waters of Jolly Harbour’s south beach. Jolly Harbour is one of the premier holiday spots in Antigua. Everything you need for a relaxing holiday is within walking distance of your villa.
There is a sun deck stretching out over the water, ideal for lounging in the sun during the day, or for a BBQ under the stars.
The lower level of the property features a fully equipped kitchen, containing all you need for cooking and dining. The living room enjoys a flat screen TV with cable TV & Wi-Fi.
You can dine indoors with seating for 4, and there is also a breakfast bar.
On the patio you can have BBQ as often as you like and enjoy dining al-fresco. The patio connects to an extended deck over the water on which you can lounge and enjoy the sun and some tanning.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed with an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has two single beds also with an en-suite bathroom. All rooms are air conditioned and have ceiling fans.
Perfectly located just a short stroll to the beautiful South Beach, and within the beautiful Jolly Harbour Marina you will find an abundance of shops, restaurants and bars. The large fully stocked supermarket, swimming pool, tennis courts and golf club are also on your doorstep just a five-minute walk away.
There will be a Tourism Levy Tax at a cost is $5us/ night per person (over the age of 5). We will advise you in your inquiry on the total cost including fees, and add it to Vrbo after confirmation.
There is a welcome binder in the property which you should read on arrival to help you get familiarized with the surrounding, info on the property along with house rules and things to note.
UPON BOOKING: If you do not have any reviews we will need you to provide more details about yourself (ie. work credentials such as a LinkedIn profile or similar) and the purpose of your stay.
EARLY CHECK-IN: A guaranteed early check-in can be arranged subject to availability at an extra charge, close to arrival.
LATE CHECK OUT: On the day of departure, we kindly ask all guests to vacate the property by 11AM. A guaranteed late check-out can be arranged subject to availability at an extra charge.
LONGER STAYS: For stays 14 nights and longer, complimentary cleaning may be provided. Details to be confirmed after booking.

You will be greeted on arrival by myself: Iris (or Amy, Property Managers) and we will help you get settled in. We are available throughout your stay should you have any problems or have any questions whatsoever. We can also assist in arranging excursions, car hire etc...
We've both been on Antigua for over 20 years, you will find us quite knowledgeable and resourceful.
