The living and dining areas include all new furnishings. New lamps allow excellent lighting. The walls are also covered with beautiful artwork for your enjoyment.

The spacious equipped kitchen allows ease of cooking with a great view of the gulf. The kitchen includes granite countertops and most small appliances including a coffee maker, blender, toaster, built-in microwave, and is stocked with all pots and pans and utensils.

The master bedroom features a king-size bed, the second bedroom has two full-size beds which will sleep for 6 comfortably. Of course, there is wireless internet, cable, flat-screen televisions and ceiling fans in all the rooms.

Both bathrooms have been remodeled with beautiful tile showers and granite countertops. The sliding glass doors allow easy access for those who may have mobility issues.

The front door of your condo is only a few steps away from the heated pool and gas grills. These are reachable without taking the elevator! Also, the fantastic second-floor remodeled deck is accessible from the pool area and is very convenient to the unit should you decide to take the stairs. Sunsets are fantastic.
