Great place to stay

This place was very clean & plenty of room to have guests if you like. Right on the beach with amazing views! We will be back sometime I hope!

This is a beautiful condo. Very clean! AMAZING view of the beach from inside condo along with balcony view. Entire property is very well maintained! We enjoyed every minute!

Everything was nice/enjoyable. Except Construction

Everything was great with the condo the view was even better. Comfortable beds and spacious condo. Short walk to beach. Only down side was the construction going on that wasn't mentioned. And the shower head in master bathroom needs upgraded.

Property was perfect!

My children and I went on a beach trip and this was our first time staying outside of the Resort down the beach. We wondered if we would miss the pool and resort feel. While we did miss the resort feel a little, the amount of space we had in the condo, access to a washer and dryer, and full kitchen were enough to make this stay worth it. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this condo. The beds were comfy and the rooms are spacious. My kids loved this place and we will think on it fondly. When we make our way back to Pensacola Beach we hope to rent it again! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Beautiful Condo ON PENSACOLA BEACH!

This condo at the Regency Towers West on Via De Luna Dr. Pensacola Beach is the best place we have ever stayed at the beach! The location is perfect! Being down the beach away from the crowds gave to serene beach walks in the morning and evening! The location was gorgeous and we loved having our coffee and wine on the beautiful, expansive balcony! The waves crashed, pelicans flew by, and the sunrises were breathtaking! What a wonderful place to stay! We enjoyed many locations on Pensacola Beach to dine and Bands on the Beach at the Pavillion on Tues. from 7-9 p.m. was a blast! I enjoyed dancing and the awesome beach breeze! We definitely will return to this wonderful condo!!!

Comfy condo for a family of 6 with an AMAZING view!

This condo was perfect! The view!! Waking up to the view every morning that this beachfront condo provided was heaven. This condo was comfy and cozy for our family of 6 with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a sofa bed. The condo was even equipped with a washer and dryer which was definitely needed and appreciated! Everything was clean when we arrived and stocked with all the needed essentials. The beach access was only a few steps away from the property which made it so easy to go multiple times a day. Location was perfect! The trolley stop is also located right in front of the property if you want to venture out and not have to worry about driving. I would definitely recommend booking!

IT was AMAZING!

The house was so nice. The view was amazing and well worth the price. The only issue was that the master bedroom was warmer than the rest of the house. But there was a fan, so it was fine. I can't even begin to summarize in a few words how awesome it was to stay right on the beach where you could sit on a covered deck, feel the wind and stay cool. Being 7 floors up was great, so great that we saw a huge mana ray swimming near the shore. If we had been down below we wouldn't have been able to see it. Thank you so much!

Not clean

There was urine on bottom side of the seat toilet. There was some bleach under the kitchen sink so I was able to clean the toilet. There were dark hairs stuck on the front bathroom shower walls also. You could tell the doors underneath the door knobs had not been cleaned as they were sticky. It made me think that if I could see those problems, how clean was everything I couldn't see.

Unfortunate spring break vacation

My family came down for spring break and were excited to stay at this place. When we got to the condo, the door was unlocked and partially open, and it didn’t take long to notice something was wrong. First, the sliding glass doors facing the ocean were covered and taped, and there were loud noises which we quickly found out the place was under construction and not clean. I quickly called the property management service for this VRBO and this was the most unpleasant part of the start of this stay. They basically told me I should have known this issue, and did not show any empathy whatsoever. I am a very humble, understanding and forgiving person, but was just very upsetting for my whole family and I won’t expand anymore, but hope and pray they understand to treat these situations better in the future. The joy we hoped for this vacation did not happen.
