Accommodation Location:

This condo is in the M building of the Villas on the Gulf Complex (requires stairs). Villas on the Gulf is one of Pensacola Beach's most affordable and easiest beachside communities. It features a paved and boardwalk approach to the beautiful emerald waters and white sands of the Gulf of Mexico complete with an outdoor shower, a community pool, and well maintained fresh water lagoons where ducks, fish, and turtles are regularly seen. It is closely located (1 mile) to Pensacola Beach's many dining and entertainment options to round a perfect vacation.

Pensacola Beach:

Pensacola Beach is known for its sugar white sand, turquoise waters and amazing beach culture! Bars and restaurants are less than 5 mins away and keep an eye out for the occasional Navy Blue Angels flyover!

City of Pensacola:

Downtown Pensacola is centered around Palafox St. and hosts amazing festivals, fantastic food, local breweries, and the MiLB team the Blue Wahoos!

The best stay ever!

The condo was in a great location. The rooms were spacious and the kitchen had all one needs to cook. We loved the view from the balcony and could watch the sun rise every morning! What a great place in the sun!

Family getaway

We had a great time at the condo in Pensacola! The location was perfect for a family with littles. Close enough to the beach, you could run upstairs throughout the day! Condo was spacious enough for our family of four! Great view of the ocean!

Great location, beautiful view, quiet and comfortable

Great experience! Nothing to complain about whatsoever. Had a minor plumbing issue on day one, they fixed it immediately. Would definitely stay here again.

Great trip to the beach

Location was the best. Beach view and a mere one minute walk to the beautiful Pensacola beach. Washer, Dryer and full kitchen made everything convenient. Great directions and instructions for an easy late night arrival. Will come back

Perfect Family Vacation

We had an amazing vacation. The location was perfect and the view was priceless. We loved sleeping with the window open listening to the waves and smelling the salty breeze. We were close enough to the restaurants for it to be convenient but just far enough away for it to not be chaotic. We also utilized the chair service which made it so easy to enjoy the beach. We were able to see some of the Blue Angels show from our balcony. Perfect family vacation and hope to come back soon.

Perfect location

We loved our stay. The two flights of stairs were not fun in bringing our stuff up but being just steps from the beach and having the beach view right out the door was worth it! The beds comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. There was even ice in the ice Ben which we appreciated. The second shower was quite small. It is located a couple of miles away from all the restaurants on Pensacola Beach.

Great getaway!

We stayed 4 days here. The view is beautiful-very close to the ocean. The villa was clean and well-stocked. We spent most of our time at the pool and beach. Sitting on the balcony was also very relaxing! Be sure you can do steps! There was no elevator (we knew this prior to going) and this was on the 4th floor. Had a great time in Pensacola Beach and will be back again!

Dirty shower, dirty towel left on kitchen chair, towels under bathroom sink soaking wet, opened kitchen drawer live bug and dirty bed sheets, they need to address cleaning company.
