✦ A credit/debit card is required at check-in for a $100 refundable deposit, returned after check-out if no damages occur.

✦ Pets are welcome. Dogs are allowed for $100.00 non-refundable fee

✦ We use multi-unit listings, so rooms are similar but may have small differences.

✦ Each suite receives one reserved parking space. Recreational vehicles, oversized vehicles and trailer of any kind are not permitted onsite. Additional parking can be located in any Treasure Island City Parking lot. Fees will apply as all lots are metered.
