This condo was clean, well equipped and welcoming in a quiet, less crowded area than clearwater, but there was plenty nearby, the beach was gorgeous and we saw lots of dolphins.

Loved the view from the balcony! Place was nice. Clean, simple, perfect for our trip. Beach sand is amazing and beautiful. There was an umbrella guy straight out, so it was nice we could rent them and not bring our own. Lots of places nearby to walk to. Enjoyed Middle Ground for dinner and walking to John’s Pass. Would stay here again.

The condo was clean and well kept up. All my sisters were very impressed with the property. Only issue was how far it was away from the beach. My sisters have walking issues and was not able to walk out and view the ocean. So if you are able to walk the location is great.

You cannot beat the location in Treasure Island! Right on the beach. The owner also provided a free daily activity through a service- like bike riding, museum entrance or other activities, which is a really nice added benefit! The unit is older with some updates but in pretty good condition and clean (but not immaculate, which is hard when you're this close to the ocean and have a heavy rotation of guests). The furniture was nicely appointed and the mattresses were comfortable. We loved having an ensuite master bedroom with a king size bed - that can be hard to find at some places in the area. Most people aren't doing much cooking on vacation but we like to make breakfast and thought the pots and pans, left something to be desired. There wasn't one large pan to make a batch of scrambled eggs- just a couple smaller pans. Unfortunately, other guests have obviously used metal utensils, so the nonstick pots and pans are scratched up. The owners provided plenty of plastic utensils- it seems like guests do this everywhere (I don't know why!) But replacement pots and pans are in order. Also, we reported an issue in the master bath of a sewer odor and reported it to maintenance. They responded promptly and came very quickly but couldn't find the issue however the odor lingered off and on. Due to that, we would definitely rent in this building again but maybe not this exact unit.

Thank you for your detailed review, Michelle. We’re delighted to hear you enjoyed the fantastic location and the complimentary daily activities. It's wonderful to know that the furniture and comfortable mattresses met your expectations as well. We appreciate your feedback regarding the kitchen cookware and understand how important it is for making breakfast; we will certainly look into upgrading these items. We’re also sorry to hear about the issue with the odor in the master bathroom and appreciate your patience as maintenance worked to address it. Your insights are invaluable, and we hope to welcome you back for another pleasant stay in the future!
