hi Thomas many thanks for your 5 Star review, it is most appreciated. We are really pleased you enjoyed your stay. Glad the plumber was able to sort out the problem same day, we do have a very good responsive Management Company for the villa. We hope we can rent to you again in one of the villas we manage. johanna and stephen

Hi Gabe and family many thanks for your review. The security staff issue has been reported, there should always be a staff member on duty. Apologies this happened. I have also reported the pool area to our Management Company, this should always be done as part of the clean. Hope we can rent to you again. stephen and johanna vipvilla

Hi David many thanks for kind comments. We are pleased you liked the villa, it's perfect location and the safe and secure gated Resort. Never had a complaint before about the mattress and I have asked our management co. to have it checked out. If it needs replacing it will be replaced. Hope we can rent to you again soon. stephen and johanna

Hi Patricia many thanks for your review and feedback. The mattress is being replaced this month and carpets cleaned (stained by pervious guests and we have had back to back bookings so no time to get them cleaned). It is normal for guests to be left with initial supply of soap, toilet tissue etc. Had the remore batteries been reported then our Managament Company would have replaced same day. We do rely on guests to report any issues and then we can fix them. Hope we can rent to you in future. stephen and johanna vipvilla

Hi Keaun many thanks for 5 Star review, we are really pleased you enjoyed your stay. We hope we can rent to you again soon. johanna and stephen

Hi Alicia I know we spoke and you said the villa was perfect apart from the small issues. We are unsure why towels were missing but I am pleased the Management Co. quickly sorted for you, and turned the pool heat down. Hope we can rent to you again soon. johanna and stephen

We will try and deal with the issues: 1.the guest reported the pool was not heated on arrival (it should have been), the Management co. went out same day and realised there was a problem. The pool matennace guys arrived on day 2 and found s part was needed, they returned on day 3 and repaired the fault. Unfortunately the guest did not have pool heat for almost 3 days. The guest received a FULL refund of 5 days pool heat at the same time her security deposit was refunded 14 days after departure, this was after she left her review. 2. we do rely on departing guests toe clean the BBQ/Grill, and unfortunately the previous guests did not do this. Hade the guest made us aware we would have sent someone to clean it, or she could have spent 5 minutes herself to do this. 3 the faulty washing machine was reported on Day 4 (it was working before guests arrived as cleaners used it to claen linenes/towels), the machine was repaired on Day 5 (the guest departure day). So the guest did have a couple problems which we tried to fix as soon as was possible. Unfortunately we cannot do miracles. johanna and stephen vipvilla

Hi Annetrea many thanks for your review and feedback. Following your call about the pool filter seemed to be not working pool guy visited early the following morning and cleared the blockage from the filter. He then passed by a couple days later to check it was still all fine. I think you were probably not aware of his first visit. We hope we can rent to you again. stephen and johanna vipvilla

Hi Siarhei many thanks for your review, we arec gald you enjoyed. We hope we can rent to you again soon. stephen and johanna vipvilla

Hi Monica and family many thanks for your 5 Star review, your comments mean so much to us. We do try and make sure guests enjoy their stay. We hope we can rent to you again soon. stephen and johanna vipvilla

Hi Paul many thanks for your feedback. As you know you reported the locked a/c to our management team on your arrival. They came same day and unlocked it is normally locked to prevent guests turning it down too low and then it freezes up. The pool heater was working well but with the extreme low overnight temperatues in Florida in Feb it did struggle to bring the pool up to 86 degrees. We have seince spoken on the telephone and despite those 2 issues you did agrre that you had a fantasic time at the villa. We hope we can rent to you again soon. stephen and johanna vipvilla

Hi Kim and family many thanks for your 5 Star review, we really do appreciate it. We look forward to you renting one of our villas again soon. stephen and johanna

Hi Kerry and family we are pleased that you enjoyed the villa and Lake Berkley Resort amenities. Unfortunately the washing machine stopped working whilst you were at the villa, hoever our Managmenent Company managed to get it replaced in less than 48 hours. Also the BBQ was not clean when you arrived, this was due to previous guests as we ask all guests to take care of the BBQ. Otherwise from our conversation I know that you had a fantastic time and hope we can rent to you again soo. stephen and johanna

Hi Ingrid and family we are pleased you enjoyed the villa and it's location. Out Management Co. came out to see the air con issue and found you were leaving the pool patio doors open, this causes the air con unit to over work (with the high external temperature) and eventually it shuts down. It will then take a few hours for it to start working again, this is why you had high temperarture inside the villa. Additionally with the patio doors open any flying insects will fly indoors and I am sorry this happened. There is a notice inside the villa reminding you to close all patio doors. We will ask the MC to check out the bed again and have it replaced if necessary. It was great that you enjoyed the pool arae and your stay and we hope we can rent to you again. stephen and johanna vipvilla

Hi Sharon many thanks for your comments, we are pleased you enjoyed the villa and it's private pool. We hope we can rent to you again soon. johanna and stephen vipvilla

Hi Aileen many thanks for your kind comments. We always try to respond to guests enquiries/requests as quickly as possible, and we always try to meet guest requirements whatever they are. Location location was one of the prime reasons we bought the villa at Lake Berkley Resort and we are pleased that you enjoyed your stay there. I know you are planning on coming back later in the year to one of our villas and we look forward to renting to you again. stephena an johanna

Hi Jo many thanks for kind comments, we are pleased that you enjoyed your stay and loved our villa. We agree it is in ideal location, before we bought the place we spent many hours searching for a place that was good to relax at, and yet close to shops/restaurants/theme parks. The air con units do tend to be noisy which is why they are always located outside the villa, however we have had it checked out, and it needed a re gas and thus was louder that it normally is, so is much quieter now. This could have been done quickly during your visit if you had called our local management company. Hope we can rent to you again soon.

Hi Ron and family many thanks for your kind comments. We are so pleased that you enjoyed our villa. We do strive to keep it modern and it top condition, and yes we do get many repeat guests at Lake Berkley Resort due to it being gated, very safe and secure. Hope to rent to you again soon. Johanna

Hi Ron and family many thanks for your kind comments. We do like to pride ourselves on making everything easy for our guests with a simplified booking system and very easy key code check in. Yes this villa has a great position with a nice view from the pool over the conservation area. Hope we can rent to you again soon. Johanna and Stephen
