We provide an initial set of toilet paper and dish pods to get guests started, but we'll certainly keep stay length in mind moving forward. Due to safety and hygiene guidelines, we don't stock shared spices like salt and pepper. Regarding the pool enclosure, that panel was recently damaged during a hurricane. The Front Entrance & Walls: We apologize that the front door area and some of the walls were not up to our usual sparkling standards. Our housekeeping team has been notified so we can ensure these areas receive extra attention during our deep-cleaning rotations between guests. Thank you so much for your kindness in doing a quick tidy-up. The Pool Screen: We appreciate you letting us know about the pool screen. Florida weather and local wildlife can occasionally take a toll on pool enclosures, so we have already dispatched our maintenance team to inspect and repair the screen immediately. We are so glad that these minor issues didn't get in the way of a great vacation, but please know we take them seriously to ensure your next stay is absolutely flawless.
