Sleep easy in our inviting queen bed adorned with plush bed linens and extra pillows and blankets for an uninterrupted night's retreat. The cozy ensuite bathroom shimmers with cleanliness, stocked with essentials like fresh towels and shampoo.

Our studio has a kitchen designed for those who love to cook. We believe safety is paramount. We've installed room-darkening shades, and a smart lock for your peace of mind. With access to a shared laundry space complete with a washer and dryer, your extended stays will be effortless. We can assure you of plentiful free parking for your vehicle on the premises.

Guest Access:
Guests will have exclusive access to the studio, shared use of the laundry room facilities and full access to our backyard space, including the BBQ grill and outdoor dining area. Access to the property is granted via a smart lock, the code for which will be provided before your arrival, ensuring a seamless check-in process. Additionally, there is ample free parking available on the property.

The Neighborhood:
Nice quiet neighborhood with an elementary school and baseball field immediately across the street. To the right of the home, located on 5th Ave is a fire station in case of an emergency. There is also a police officer that lives on the corner when you first turn on the street.

Getting Around:
Will need a car to get around the area.
