The house also boasts a terrace, where you can enjoy al fresco dining or soak up the sun.

Additionally, the house has a washing machine, clothes dryer, and dishwasher, making your stay even more convenient.

Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms, each equipped with a comfortable double bed (160 x 200 cm and 140 x 200 cm), complimentary hotel-quality linens, and desks for any work or study needs.

The bathroom offers all the amenities for a comfortable stay, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

You also have access to a private parking spot.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (2 PM).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
Small pets are allowed for an additional fee, payable at the time of booking. Please be mindful that their presence should not disrupt future stays or disturb our neighbors. Guests are responsible for removing any pet hair from the property, and we reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning or any pet-related damage.
