Enjoy the peaceful and quiet life of rural Rush Kentucky. Close enouhg to Rush of Road to drive your ATV there . Plenty of parking for your trailer. This is a clean home with a full kitchen set up with a four burner range , full size microwave with all the utensils need to cook and feel like home, include a Crockpot, Pans and Pots, Keurig coffe machine with Coffee, cooking essentials like salt and paper and cooking oil, silverware and cooking ware just bring you favorite meal and cook it here.
We provided wifi internet from Windstream . In the leaving room a 50" inch Ruko Smart TV with services like Netflix, Disney Plus and more " We included a washer and dryer.
The sleeping accommodation are two rooms , one with a queen bed and the second with a full bed , All linen is included with Towels and Shampoo, Hair Conditioner and Shower Gel , We have two sofa beds on the leaving room one single and one full size but linen is provided upon request.
Parking is spacious with one car open garage and plenty of space on the gravel lot to park trucks or trailer. The property has a front porch and a back yard with a picnic table and Charcoal barbecue. The patio has a running creek in the back

Great for a family

Having the two separate bedrooms and a kitchen we can cook it makes it very convenient to bring our family here. The washer and dryer are an added bonus as we aren't bringing home so much dirty laundry!

Nice place to stay

Very clean and very well equipped place to stay. Everything we needed to cook with was there as well as a keurig machine to make coffee. Check in process was easy and there was plenty of parking for 2 trailers if needed.

Great stay. We were in town for Rock the Country. The place was clean and comfy. We had everything we needed while there. The area was quiet and the beds were comfy. There was no cell service (T-Mobile) but we had great WiFi.The owner was easy to work with, let us check in early once it had been cleaned, quick to respond to messages. We were sent all of our check in info the night before. We will definitely be back next time we need to stay in the area!

Great place away from the bustle of a city.

We had a great time renting this house for four nights. It was my wife and I with our teen daughter and we had plenty of room. It was secluded enough to enjoy being away, but close enough to Walmart and restaurants to be reasonable. We went to breakfast every morning at Mama's Kitchen just down the road. Fantastic food at a great price.

Nice and cool after a day of off-roading at Rush. Wi-Fi wasn’t the greatest and we couldn’t stream Netflix but otherwise everything else was great!

I never received a code for check in..however sal was really quick to get back with me even sent the cleaners over to check on us to make sure we had everything we needed...would recommend this property to anyone...thanks for an amazing weekend

Clean and close to Rush

Nice and clean. Host was quick to respond to my phone call. You should probably trailer your machine to the off-road park. It takes about 8 minutes to get to Rush from the property.

It was clean, quiet and had everything we needed. The host was amazing with communication.

Sal was an amazing host. He answered any questions we had. The place was clean and quiet. Sal supplies so many amenities that you really only need to pack your clothes and food. The neighborhood was very quiet. We loved that it was so close to Rush Off Road. We also enjoyed the fire pit on the cool nights after riding all day. We will definitely stay again in the future when we go to Rush.

One of the best rentals for the price!!!

The listing pictures of this trailer serve it no justice. It is BEAUTIFUL! For the price, you seriously cannot beat it. It has everything you could need and the host was very nice. The property has a bathroom stocked with shampoo, conditioner, extra toilet paper. The kitchen is beautiful, and inspired some ideas for my personal house. It is a 12 minute drive to ashland, My next trip to Kentucky i will be staying here. You’d be crazy not to!!! Neighbors are also very friendly. Amazing rental.

Hunting

These are things I think they need. There is but one exit to the outside, safety. No outside water hose connection If you are providing linens, towels washcloths etc you need more than 4 towels and washcloths. Kitchen needs more utensils, pots and pans, dishes etc. There was but one dish towel. Just needs to add to what is there.

The grass is never mowed so you can’t really sit outside and enjoy yourself because of the bugs the fact that we rent the place to Ride Rush trails, but have to trailer to the trail system because the cops constantly pull you over and threaten with tickets probably never stay there again Not because the place is bad just because you can’t ride the roads to the trails

It was nice

We loved the house inside was great outside the grass was not mowed so we coulsnt have a fire or play in the front yard. I would recommend. More towels kitchen towels we only had one. Washclothes we didnt have enough, more kitchen utensils, plates toilet paper, paper towels. I think that is mostly what we noticed we needed more off. Overall it was a great little house nothing was very close by so when we relized we didnt have something that was suppoaed to be in the house we had to drive for it. But the host was great gave us the code to get in quickly We enjoyed it very much.

Rush Anniversary Back

House was in a great location. Housekeeper was very helpful. She was able to help get us connected to Wifi and gave us additional kitchen appliances as needed. Owner didn't send code to unlock door so am thankful housekeeper was close by. ATTN: you cannot ride your 4-wheeler or sxs from the property to Rush! Neighbor calls the cops...even though we only rode down once on the first morning then back later that night after dark. It wasn't like we were riding up and down the road all day long. Our sxs if not loud so no different than a regular vehicle. Some older people are just 'set in their ways' I guess.

Long weekend

We needed a small house to have our grand children stay with us a few days. The house was small but worked great for our needs. The internet had issues during our entire stay but the problem is caused by the home being so remote. The property manager did send someone to assist us with getting it fixed the first day and we just came to understand the outages that followed. If you want constant TV and internet this place is not for you. My only suggestion to the property owner would be to clean up the yard. I was not comfortable letting the little one play outside due to all the debris and overgrown weeds. Overall it was gets a 4 rating. A few minor things and it could be a 5

Clean, neat, proximity to Rush off road

Our stay was great and the neighbors friendly. Sal was very responsive, helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. The place was very clean. I only gave our stay a 4 because some of the information was not correct and needs to be updated. It says that you have the grass next to the property but this has been turned into a RV campground. Not that it's a big deal there's plenty of space but that was not pictured and described Even though we don't have small children it did list a play ground and there is not one. The big one for us is that you can drive your off-road vehicles to Rush off road but there are no back trails to the park and several people warned us that we can not drive them on the main road. It is illegal in Kentucky. It is only 4 miles from the rental to Rush off road park. But over all it was a great place to stay just the description needs to be updated.

Disappointed

The good: close to Rush atv park, we rode to and from but kept to 25 mph, waved at neighbors and were respectful. Decently equipped and overall clean unit. The bad: consistent with other reviews we did not receive the door code and there is very little cell service. Used the rental sign in the front yard to contact Sal. Grass hasn’t been cut in a while and was really high. Grill is about shot, needs replaced. The really bad: The remains of someone’s sexual experience were on the sheet and pillow cases (yes, both) on the twin bed. Wife had to wash the bedding. Sent Sal a message on the Vrbo app and pics via text with no response. So much for that cleaning fee the last renter was charged. We left it cleaner than we found it but will not return and would not recommend it.

We are changing our maintenance team to improve the consistency in the grass Maintenance our housekeeper tried to reach you several times, but there was no response from you to correct the issue on the stained sheets , I have replaced the grill several times , we are working to get a new one , thank you
