Great space for a large family or group of friends. Beds were super comfortable and private. The living space was amazing with the large sliding glass doors to the pool bringing the outdoors in. Location was an easy walk to the beach and Mercato was a mile away for great dining.

The house is amazing. This is the second time that we stayed at this property.It is Walkable to beach and shopping. The house has plenty of room for our entire family. Thank you for hosting us again this year! DP

Family vacation

We had such a fun time with our 3 adult children and their significant others. There was plenty of room for everyone. The house was walkable to the beach and close to shopping. The pool was great too! Looking to book again for 2026! Thank you so much! The Panetta's

Gals week-end away in Naples FL

Wonderful location and lovely home for us to spend an extra long week-end! Plenty of room and lovely pool with grille and outdoor eating nook. Really only 4 bedrooms. Fifth “bedroom” has an uncomfortable sleep sofa. Beautifully decorated with many conveniences. Manager easily accessible and responsive!

My apologies you didn't feel the sleeper sofa was comfortable. This is the first complaint I've had so I had no idea. I will look into a new mattress for it. We leave that bedroom the way it is so there is another place for someone, or children to watch TV should they want to get away for a bit.

Beautiful, Spacious, and Perfect for a Family Getaway!

We had an amazing stay at this home! The house was spacious, beautifully maintained, and incredibly well-equipped. It was just a short, easy 10-minute walk to the beach, and the house had everything we needed for a fun day—beach chairs, pool toys, and more.The kitchen was fully stocked, which made cooking a breeze, and there were plenty of towels, extra blankets, and sheets for everyone. Every room had a TV, which made it easy to hang out together or split up for some quiet time.The host was wonderful—super responsive and quick to answer any questions we had. The location was also fantastic, with great restaurants and shopping centers just a short drive away.While the upstairs rooms were a little close together (so not ideal if you're looking for complete privacy), it was absolutely perfect for a family vacation. What really stood out to us was how peaceful the area was—even over the July 4th weekend, the roads and beach were surprisingly quiet and uncrowded.We truly lucked out with this place and would happily stay again!

Beautiful Home, but...

Hello. The home is beautiful, and location is fantastic. But here are all the issues we had to deal with while staying at the property for 2 nights. Check-in & Check-out contract had the times backwards which we were planning our trip around these times, then was told different times through text message. Pool didn’t work. When we arrived, the temperature was 66 degrees, we contacted the host right away who was able to get someone out the next morning at 8:00am. Once the pool was fixed it heated up 1 degree per hour, so it took 20 hours to get to normal temp in which it was the morning we had to check out. We spent too much time dealing with pool issues and the pool was a critical piece in staying at this VRBO that we never got to use. I asked if the house had bicycles was told no but there is a wagon to take to the beach, well the wagon was broke, so before going to the beach we found zip ties in the toolbox to hold the bar to the wagon, but steering was all over the place trying to pull it. I specifically asked if there was a hair dryer, yes, but didn’t work (the upstairs dyer). The TV didn’t work in the 1st queen size room on 2nd floor, unfortunately the person that stayed in that room was quite upset not able to watch TV in their room. The ice maker didn’t work through the dispenser, short people had to get on a chair to reach top of ice tray inside freezer. The large glass doors going out to the pool were off track and extremely difficult to open, we had to call the host again in which went on a 3-way call with a handy man… The bowl in the kitchen full of treats for the guest had MANY expired (months ago) items in it. I feel if you have a VRBO, the home should have a walk-through inspection to ensure everything is working prior to guest arriving. We paid a lot of money to only deal with numerous of issues on my time!

I was not aware of any pool issues prior to this guests arrival. Previous guests checked out that morning and didn't say word. Once I was informed, I did everything I could to get it fixed ASAP, which I did. Some things are just beyond my control. There is a hair dryer in every bathroom. Again, I was not informed of one not working until AFTER GiGi's stay, otherwise a replacement would have been brought immediately. It is now replaced. Again, I was not informed of the ice maker not dispensing until AFTER GiGi's stay again. And yet again, I was not informed of the beach wagon being broken, this has since been replaced. Yes, the two sliders are messed up and we have had new handles on order for months now and unfortunately have been delayed due to covid, however, there are several doors going to the pool area so I wouldn't think that would ruin a vacation. I do have house watch that goes through after my cleaners, but she doesn't check for every little issue that could arise, but does make sure everything is clean and working. All of these complaints have now been fixed and had I known prior to your departure, they would have been fixed immediately. Additionally, I gave you money back for the inconvenience of the pool even though it was just the heater not working and many people charge for to heat the pool. I was also very responsive each time you called.

Wedding Weekend

We booked this house for a family wedding. Wedding was at the Ritz Carlton, so this house was the perfect location to the hotel and beach. Other family members stopped by to visit and all commented on how beautiful the house is. I want to book this house for another vacation-absolutely perfect.
