The house was very clean and spacious and since we love to walk we found it very enjoyable to walk to the beach. It was so close to Mercato and we really loved all the restaurants and entertainment . Our family had a wonderful time and would book again at this home.

Great stay in Naples! The property was wonderful. Prompt communication with host and everything was so clean and nice. Property specified you could walk to the beach which was true, but it was just a little too far to make it with beach gear so we decided to drive most of the time. Would highly recommend this property.

Thank you for letting us host you, Kari. The walk can be brutal in this blazing Florida heat and trying to lug all your gear with you. It is much easier to drive or rent a golf cart during this time of the year. We're happy to hear you had a great time, and we'd love to host you again. Best - Naples Vacations

Jennifer the property manager is attentive and responsive. The location is great with easy access to activities. The pool was perfect! The only negative was that the remote to the fan/light for one of the bedrooms was missing and that was the only way to run the fan so the room got pretty warm with the door closed at night, however it has to be ordered so nothing they could do about this issue during our stay which is completely understandable and they were going to get a new one ordered as soon as possible. Jennifer wants to make sure you enjoy your stay! We would stay here again!

Perfect North Naples Location

This is a pristine, spacious home that is luxurious and well maintained. The saltwater pool was perfect for relaxing at the end of the day. Access to Vanderbilt Beach, Delnor-Wiggins Pass, La Playa and other commercial sites was ideal and kept travel time to a minimum. Our host was very responsive and accommodating. Would definitely work with this vendor again.

Family gathering for funeral.

New and very clean. Well-furnished and spacious. Great covered outside area in the back by the pool. Water in the back master bathroom never got hot. Front driveway needs to be a little wider for two vehicles side by side. Everything else was great.

Family weekend

Property was a new construction, only a few months old, when our stay occurred. Clean and well equipped. Any items needed or questions we had were promptly answered. Experienced minor issue with lighting and fan in two bedrooms that weren’t working. Only recommendation I would make would be to keep an eye on mildew on furniture and wall areas of the pool. Lovely home for a family vacation.

We had a wonderful stay in Naples. The house was very well equipped, a state-of-the-art kitchen and an amazing principal bedroom and very comfortable beds. The property’s location, so close to the beach was a huge factor - 3-4 minutes by car. All very positive! In our opinion the only issue that lets the property down is lack of space AROUND the pool to be able to relax on sun beds and enjoy the pool together with the rest of the family. We were also disappointed that we were unable to use the BBQ due to the fact that it had not been cleaned and the smell of stale fat/grease lingered around the area.Having said all that, we would stay there again if we were planning on visiting Naples. It was a great house for both grandparents and children!

Thank you for letting us host you, Glen. Unfortunately, some of these homes in this neighborhood do not have a very big yard and most owners turn the backyard into a pool/hang out area only. Sometimes the space is limited, and they sacrifice space for more pool/swimming area. The BBQ was taken care of and I'm sorry it wasn't up to your standards. We're happy you had a great stay, and we'd love to host you again! Best - Naples Vacations

Very nice but small improvements needed

The house and location were great and as advertised. We did get locked out as there was a lock on the front door handle as well as an electronic dead bolt. The rental company reacted quickly however they did not have a key to unlock the door. We needed to wait about 3 hours for a locksmith to get us in. DO NOT USE DOOR HANDLE LOCKS. Why are there locks with no key available? Wish the kitchen was better equipped with useful small stuff. Bring a Bluetooth speaker if you want to listen to music outside. Overall the house was great. I’m sure my little criticisms will be worked out over time.

Thank you for your concerns, Jason. I'm sorry you are wanting "small stuff" within the kitchen. The house is supplied with small kitchen countertop appliances, so I'm not sure what exactly you are asking for considering you never mentioned this to us. And the lock situation was unfortunate, and we're very sorry about that! The bottom lock has since been replaced. And I'm sorry, you only waited just over an hour for me to make the call, get the tech there for replacement and you were in the house shortly after that. Thank you again for your stay and letting us host you! Make it a great day! Best, Naples Vacations

The upstairs guest bathroom leaked within an hour of us getting there and water (or whatever else) rained down through the air vent of the downstairs guest bathroom. Although the response was prompt, the plumber came out the next morning and couldn’t fix it for a couple of hours until they figured out that something was stuck in the pipe. The plumber kept saying it was a stress ball or something insinuating that we did it but when they cut open the drywall and opened thw pipes they found an inspection cap or something from the time the house was built which was clearly not our fault (and as it is we don’t go around dumping stuff in toilets). Consequently for 24 hours we had only 2 bathrooms for 7 people which is NOT what I paid for. And nobody offered to make it right in some way for the inconvenience. House is beautiful and new otherwise but not clean.

Thank you for the review, Amit. The toilet was clogged by a piece of pipe that had busted and came loose over time. My plumber never accused you of anything! He simply stated that there could have been a toy, or even a stress ball or something stuck and that's why the toilet overflowed. We did have this rectified for you right away! It was fixed the following morning, considering you told me on a Saturday evening when it was late. So yes, for one day you had 2 other bathrooms to use until we got this fixed. It was less than 24 hours before you had the third toilet fixed. I'm sorry you felt this way, but we did have the issue resolved right away. Thank you again for letting us host you, and we hope you have better luck with future rentals. Best - Naples Vacations
