- Steps away walking to the marina, boats, Shoreline Village, the harbor & the Lighthouse --Getting a closeup view of the famous Queen Mary, which makes your ocean view from your apartment's window even more spectacular!
- Also, next to busy downtown Long Beach with Pine Ave, breweries, historic district, restaurants/bars, galleries, etc.
All of these are in short walking distance.
Or stock your bike, or scooter to get around!

Also, quick walk/bike/scooter to the harbor and downtown Long Beach. Long Beach is hidden-gem city of light, arts, boats, breweries, with much character and history and all the fun things to do. Easy access to everywhere in SoCal and California in general.
