Right in the heart of Manuel Antonio, located perfectly between Manuel Antonio National Park /Beach and the town of Quepos / Marina Pez Vela. We are just far enough off the main road so you won't hear it. Macaws, Tucans, Monkeys, Sloths and Iguanas come right through the property and we have 10 different fruit trees for our guests to enjoy!

House has two floors, this is for the middle floor with 3 bedrooms. Each floor has own parking/balcony/door and only share pool (bottom floor).

Laundry service was unexpected. Water pressure was low. Location was great, though road was rough getting there. Amenities awesome. Loved the privacy. Comfy beds. Good AC. Kitchen had good amount of stuff to work with. Would def book here again with the family.

We had a wonderful stay at this property and would recommend it to anyone looking for a place near Manuel Antonio National Park. We had a wonderful time and would definitely return. The only hiccup that we had was the listing stated having a washer and dryer in the unit, but in actuality the washer and dryer are no longer there. The property manager did resolve the problem by having someone come and pick up our laundry and return it to us folded later in the afternoon. Overall we had a wonderful experience, and would highly recommend it!

Yes, there is a full time daily housekeeper that can do your laundry for free. So glad you guys enjoyed staying with us!

It was beautiful and very clean. We really enjoyed the pool and the balcony. However it is not a convenient location and actually very difficult to find. It is best to get Uber or a taxi to get yourself there. Would not recommend driving there at all. The host was very responsive and helpful but would have preferred a location closer to the restaurants and shops since I had my elderly parents with me. My kids loved it.

Wow. We are on the main road between quepos and Manuel Antonio, about 800 yards/meters from the big road. We are surrounded by big vacation rental houses and I go there everyday in my prius. The concierge can send a pin that opens in Waze and it's literally impossible to miss. But if you ignore our messages then you will probably get lost as Costa Rica doesn't have addresses....

We enjoyed our stay here, everything was clean and as described. Jordan and the staff were super responsive and can help with anything you need like laundry, tips on what to do, ordering food, and housekeeping. Sitting on the balcony in the morning drinking coffee and watching the surrounding wildlife and birds was nice. We were hoping for some monkeys but didn't see any. A couple macaws came and landed on the balcony which was very cool to see. Pretty much everything we wanted to do in Manuel Antonio or Quepos was a 5 - 15 minute drive.

The place was beautiful and very spacious. The pool was refreshing and had a bunch of lizards which my kids and I loved!! The grounds are beautiful and felt like you were in the jungle. Jordan answered all my questions quickly and was very helpful. If we come back, I will definitely book here again.

Our stay in Manuel Antonio was amazing. The property has everything for a young family including lots of animal encounters (iguanas, coati, macaws, and we even got a squirrel monkey encounter on our deck the last day). The pool was great for cooling down in the afternoon and the property is quiet but still close to all the attractions and restaurants in Manuel. Jordan the property manager communicated very well and the property even had daily cleaning if requested. Overall we had a great time and look forward to our next visit!

Amazing Stay!

Our group of 4 really enjoyed staying here. It was extremely clean and in a great location. Our favorite part was the pool! We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Get away to Manuel Antonio

The stay was great, nicely isolated with lots of trees. Perfect apartment and Jordan, our property manager was excellent with communication and meeting us at the property. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back again!

Lush Green Paradise

Absolutely gorgeous place! Kitchen is beautiful, the bedrooms are spacious and beds are super comfortable. I wish my family and I could have stayed longer the location was close to everything yet the perfect retreat. Jordon was amazing and took great care of us.

Amazing property and fantastic staff

The house is amazing, the location is great to visit the Manuel Antonio park or just relax in the forest and pool. We enjoyed every single moment and we highly recommend it. The staff is amazing and Marianna made our stay perfect.

Jungle retreat.

Nice remote feeling and yet close to all amenities, restaurants, etc. We enjoy birding and added many new birds to our list. Great view from balcony.

Great place to stay and fun

Andres was great and super responsive and helpful - we started our trip here and it set the tone for a great time in Costa Rica! Couldn't have been more clean or well taken care of and the pool was great, the birds and monkeys and fruit trees were just icing on the cake. Great for families.

Splendid stay

Everything about place was accurate and the stay was excellent. Andres was the local manager and guide and he was wonderful. He was always responsive and took care of all of our bookings and local recommendations. We would love to stay here again or any place Andres manages! We had small children too so this place was great for kids too.

The home is absolutely lovely, and our host, Jordan, and the housekeeping staff were great! Some of the thoughtful details included coffee and basic cooking essentials, towels for the pool, and daily maid and laundry service. If you are booking this property, however, it's worth noting that you are not renting the entire property, but rather one of two attached homes. We were on the bottom floor of the property for a week with multiple families coming and going above. You are also sharing the pool. So the property is not exactly private. That being said, we were graced with seeing some amazing flora a fauna like Macaws, toucans and monkeys.
