This home may not be used to host parties, events, or gatherings. We are not licensed to do so and risk losing our STVR license if this policy is violated. Any violation of this policy will result in a $2,500 surcharge.

Guest Registration Policy:
Owner’s personal injury liability coverage applies only to registered guests. No visitors are permitted in the home unless they are registered guests.
