Located only 15 km from Paris, our house is a Mansard from the end of the 19th century, completely renovated with the most beautiful materials and comfort of today, decorated with an interior designer. Charm and harmony are the key words. A 1900 veranda to the north offers coolness in summer, a large terrace to the south allows you to have lunch or dinner comfortably outside (barbecue available). The landscaped garden is designed like a painting to be admired from the old-fashioned kitchen, and offers many rest areas (hammock, camp bed, sofa under a pergola). Designed as a refuge for biodiversity, you can admire nature at work (bees, butterflies, birds, squirrels, among others). A fountain will enhance your naps with its aquatic sound. Located in a small and very quiet residential street, the villa is only a 5-minute walk from the city center of Montmorency, its park, its Sunday market and its cinema. Enghien-les-bains (whose train station is connected to Paris in 13 minutes by train), its casino, its lake and its many restaurants are 10 minutes away by car or bus (stop 100m away). The paths of Montmorency (called "pathes") lead to the forest in a few minutes. Montmorency is the countryside in the city! You will be close to the main sites of the Olympic Games while staying in a quiet green setting. A cleaning service 3 hours per day is included in the rental. On request and at an additional cost, a light meal preparation service (simple dish or lunch box) is possible. On request, a daily chauffeur service can be organized (to be paid separately). Parking is possible in our large garage as well as in the quiet street. If Parisian life, its theatres and museums, is easily accessible, so is the charm of the French Vexin: Auvers-sur-Oise in the footsteps of Van Gogh, Giverny and its gardens in the footsteps of Monet, and Isle-Adam are all nearby.
