Boasting three spacious bedrooms and an open layout, this home can easily accommodate your entire group, making it ideal for a family getaway or beach vacation with friends! Though you will be within walking distance of delicious local cuisine, the full kitchen will allow the chef of the group to take advantage of a gas range and granite countertops for easy meal prep each day. After a day on the sand or a pool day with the gang, head back to home base and enjoy a glass of wine on the balcony as the sun goes down. With flatscreen TVs in each room and comfortable furnishings throughout, nights can be spent watching a favorite show as everyone finds their favorite spot to relax. Plus, the free WiFi will make sharing favorite memories with loved ones back home a breeze!

Perched on Carillon Market Street, you won't have to venture far to grab a cup of coffee or bite to eat from Our Little Beach Cafe, Phat Crab, or Gratify! When it's time to head out for the day, there are unlimited options for guests to choose from! For some fun on the water, rent a paddleboard or kayak and paddle out into Powell Lake, as lake access is just across the street from home base. For a picnic on the beach, walk in the opposite direction and you will find the sugar-white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. If hiking is up your alley, Camp Helen State Park offers an extensive trail system that will give each guest a unique perspective of the coastline. Plus, a trip to the famous Pier Park is just under eight miles away for all of your shopping needs!

Golf Carts are not permitted unless they are rented through Coastal Cars and Carts.
The Vacasa office is open seven days a week from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and is located on Carillon Market Street for guest assistance.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
