A king sized bed is found in the master suite along with the largest jacuzzi tub ever and a separate walk in shower. The all tile walk in shower has a seat and features all Hans Grohe plumbing fixtures including a rain head and body jets. The bathroom vanity is granite with two sinks and plenty of counter space.
• The dining room seats up to 8 people with additional seats found at the kitchen bar.
• New custom quartz counters throughout kitchen and baths.
• The kitchen features everything you need to cook and serve wonderful homemade beach meals, including: a SubZero fridge; Wolf oven with microwave; Wolf 5-burner gas cooktop; and kitchenaid dishwasher.

CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed in fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bathmats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.

WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up at each property like a hotel, so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

SPECIAL NOTES
* Must be 25 or older to rent this property.
* No pets allowed.
* Each vehicle requires a parking permit or at risk for towing by security.
* No oversized vehicles or trailers allowed to park.
* No smoking allowed – this is strictly enforced by the onsite security.
* Please do not throw items off the balconies. Doing so will result in immediate eviction by security.
