We really enjoyed the house. We didn't feel too cramped with 7 adults and a dog. The views of the bay were amazing and the beach was great. We had it to ourselves on most days. The eat-in kitchen was a good size with nice appliances and plenty of cookware. The AC units were perfect and kept the whole house comfortable. Jessica was great to work with and very responsive to my messages. I would highly recommend this property for its location, size, comfort, privacy, bay views and beach.

Rustic charm with direct access to the Tidal Flats…cozy spaces for R&R with a covered porch where we played games, read and napped on indulgent hammock swings. We rarely had a need to leave the property; however this area offers old-time Cape vibes with activities available. Kitchen was well equipped, outdoor shower was a preferred option by the grandkids and adults alike, and barn bedroom was an option for additional privacy. This is a very special property.

This charming, whimsical cottage on the Brewster tidal flats is such a gem. Jessica the host was wonderful, and was very responsive to our questions and requests as we settled in. The location on the bay beach cannot be beat. Unlike many cottages right on the water, this home has privacy, trees, and surrounding land. It is really the serene environment we look for on vacation. New air conditioning this year was very welcome. We hope to keep coming back for many summers in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at the beach house. Our hosts were very responsive to us. The beach house was so unique and charming. Very well equipped. We were so impressed by the gardens and scenery. It was steps from the bay, and the private beach was so serene. We thought the single bathroom would be an issue but was really not, even for 6 adults. The outdoor shower was a plus. We will definitely stay again the next time we visit Cape Cod.

Another week in paradise

This was our second year vacationing at this charming, spacious property with a gorgeous view of the private beach from the comfortable covered patio, where even a few thunderstorms couldn't dampen our spirits. We enjoyed use of the grill and cooking in the well-equipped kitchen, and Jessica was a lovely host as always. A picture-perfect Cape vacation!

ANOTHER PARADISE VACA!!!

As this was our 6th year staying in this home, you can only imagine how much we love it. 7 adults sharing one bath hasn't deterred us and the setting and view is worth the sacrifice, LOL - Hoping to do it again in 2023!

5th YEAR and booking a 6th

As always, it was another wonderful, relaxing vacation and we basically lived on the beach, deck and hammocks for our entire 14 days. Love the big kitchen and how well it is outfitted and the second shower (outdoors) was enjoyed by all. Looking forward to 2022!

Diane so happy to hear you had a super relaxing vacation! Those hammock are our favorite! They are made by Penobscot Bay Porch Swings in Maine and we and our renters loved them so much we bought a second swing. Looking forward to seeing you next year! Enjoy the beautiful fall weather! Jess

A FANTASTIC 2 WEEKS

My family, friends and I all had a really wonderful experience at this charming home on the water. Just got home today and ready to book for next year! It was such a nice quiet beach and having our dog able to swim and hang with us was the best. Looking forward to returning in 2018! Diane & Scott

106 Charles Street

I have rented at this property before…my family and I love it. We try to come back every year. Some years it’s so popular we miss our chance. We have rented on the cape many times before and this is our favorite location and home. The cottage is so welcoming and so family friendly. The beach is wonderful. We have even come to know families in the neighboring homes. The host is always there should you need anything. I cannot say enough positive things about our experience there…it why we keep coming back.

It never gets old to be here, only better

It only gets better each year we stay here and it has been a few years now. We have family and friends visit each year. Often the same friends. New girlfriends. New grandbabies. Making memories and traditions. It’s a beautiful charming property. Always kept up and clean. Never an issue with anything. Communication with the host is easy and friendly. My family loves the property and always speaks about the nxt time….nxt year. Thank you Jess and thanks to your family for sharing this wonderful place.

The beach

This is our 3 rd or 4 th time renting this property. It is the best place we have ever stayed… The cottage is cozy, but spacious, charming, with flowers everywhere. Then when you look through the flowers and trees you will find the bay at its best. Everything that you could need is there to cook, entertain, or just enjoy the beach. Outside porch is confrontable and you can see the ocean or grill in the front of the house where there is a second seating area. Hosts are welcoming, responsive and just want to make your stay enjoyable….

Privacy problem

Despite the presence of only one bathroom and the absence of a washer/dryer in your cottage, we had a wonderful time in 2022 enjoying its charm and the wonderful peaceful solitude and privacy of the place. The latter was missing this year, as we shared the property with you, your friend, and your husband. You were all very friendly, courteous, and considerate, but it was not what we expected from a place advertised as having a private beach.
