Carlsbad is the perfect year-round getaway. The weather does not get better than this. Located within a short drive of the finest beaches, LEGOLAND, and restaurants. It's just a quick drive to Four Season's Aviara Golf Course, La Costa Resort, and Spa. Go South on Interstate 5 and you are close to Encinitas, Art, Del Mar Racetrack, La Jolla, Torrey Pines, and SeaWorld. Jump on the Coaster and visit downtown San Diego, Harbor, and the World Famous Zoo & SeaWorld. This condo is within driving distance of WaterParks, San Diego Wild Animal Park, Casinos, Disneyland, and Knotts Berry Farm.

Always a pleasure

We've been coming here for several summers and a few spring getaways. Just beautiful views and great relaxation with a perfect ocean view and access.

Best beachfront getaway!!

This place is awesome, absolutely cannot beat the view. Hearing the waves all night is the best. Couch bed in the living room is surprisingly comfortable. Plenty of dishes, pots and pans and utensils. Anything you could possibly want is within a short walk, from a great candy store to a delicious steakhouse. The management company was more than accommodating.

Great location!

Enjoyed our stay, location is great, walking distance to restaraunts, shops. Check in process was a bit awkward. Host, Gregory was fantastic!!

Small but comfortable condo with amazing location and views

Unit is right on the beach with the calming sounds and cool breezes you'd expect. Perfect size for a couple that doesn't need to live in luxury. Unit is comfortable and well stocked. We've stayed here before and was glad to see property manager had updated some details, such as new pots and pans and new boogie board. We would definitely stay again

Excellent place in excellent location

This was our second stay here in less than a year. It has everything you need for a great beach vacation. Beautiful view and walking distance to fantastic dining on State Street. We will be staying here again

Cant beat the view

This property had a great view and beach access. The home itself was old with very thin walls and floors. As much as we loved the location, we probably wont stay here in the future.

Great location. Apartment is cute but has a few things that could use updating and fixed. It was very clean and a great spot right on the beach.

Perfect beach views and access.

Loved every minute. Comfy and clean. Kitchen is well-equipped. Could use some TV remote instructions. Plenty of extra fans but not needed even in August. Wish checkout was at 11 am. Really relaxed for 4-days and loved the spectacular sunsets.

Such An Amazing Vacay!

The balcony overlooking the water makes you never want to leave this place! We woke up every morning to see dolphins on the move, and ate dinner on the patio in the evenings and saw more dolphins! My boyfriend of 4 years proposed to me at sunset right on the private patio, and it could not have been a more perfect location for that moment. We will definitely be staying again!

AMAZING😍

This home was a great place for my husband and I to stay for our week long vacation. It was clean, had a well-equipped kitchen, comfy bed, and an incredible view of the beach. The balcony was the perfect place to watch the surfers, sunsets, and hear the waves. It’s within walking distance of everything you could need. Easy to check-in to and out of. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in Carlsbad!

Amazing location, the home is fine

Loved the incredible view and large balcony!!! The walking location to all the restaurants and shops is fantastic. The home itself, however, just okay, gets the job done, but it’s not enjoyable or very comfortable. The couch is not comfortable at all to sit on or sleep on. Kitchen layout is not good for cooking and has tons of wasted space. Dining table and chairs are old and hard. Bed was good, thankfully.

Getaway from MN winter

Property was awesome. Just what we needed. Spent every moment on the deck or walking on the beach. Great space for a couple. Very clean and simple with a spectacular location. Only note would be the bed seems smaller than a queen. We are lean people and felt it was crowded (husband even slept on sofa one night) Would happily stay again!

Excellent location

This property is in an excellent location. Easy access to the brach and downtown Carlsbad. We brought bikes and cycled into Oceanside ans surrounding communities. This rentsl is not conducive to cooking on site. The kitchen is not very well stocked with essentials.

Beautiful Location

We had such a nice stay. You couldn’t ask for a better view. We sat on the balcony each morning, drinking our coffee, and watching the dolphins swim along the coast. We also appreciated that this location was walking distance to several restaurants and bars. My only negative has to do with the noise. The place doesn’t seem to have any sound proofing, so depending on who is staying next door, you may miss out on some sleep. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay.

Carlsbad on the Beach

Well appointed, clean, comfortable. Suggestions: furniture on deck was rusty, umbrella did not work. Some information on how to work TV would be helpful. Sunset views superb. No interaction with property manager.

Fantastic location!

Cute place overlooking the ocean, with stairs to access the beach. But the public access stairs are wider and nicer, and just on the other side of the house next door. The bed and couch were both comfortable. The kitchen had everything necessary for cooking (which I didn't do), but oddly there weren't any table linens or coasters to put on the tables. Parking was only an issue one time, but a space was found at a free public lot at the end of the street. Otherwise, there was always room near the house. Easy walking distance to many restaurants and shops in town.

clean but shabby

A blind man must have painted the interior of this place - the sloppiest job ever. The kitchen faucet was loose, the pots and pans need to be replaced, the draperies are dragging on the floor, a cheap uncomfortable sofa, the living room rug and recliner were filthy. I get no air conditioning, dishwasher, laundry and parking are reflected in the price, but we felt taken advantage of by the overall condition of this unit. On the plus side, the bed was comfortable, beautiful view of the ocean and the most convenient location to restaurants and shops.
