Amazing place to stay and close to so many amazing restaurants and sites. Only downfall was no central air conditioning so it was a bit warm during the days and early into the night until it cooled down.

The fully fenced back yard was wonderful for our two little dogs. They also had thoughtful welcome amenities and management responded quickly to our request to extend our stay. Thank you for a great stay!

Great stay in an incredible location. I would definitely recommend this property, particularly if you have kids. The games were definitely a highlight.One suggestion though, it would be much easier if the guestbook and check-in information were sent directly through the VRBO app (or as a dedicated message) rather than buried in a long series of text messages. The check-in details were difficult to find, especially because the texts included numerous reminders about grocery delivery, which made the important information easy to overlook.

Great property! Was disappointed to find the garage parking listed in the ad was not available, but the house was comfortable, cozy, homey, and safe. Communication was phenomenal! I would absolutely stay here again!

Place is very clean and well stocked. Easy on-street parking right in front of the house. Our dogs loved the big back yard. If we're ever back in CDA, that's where we'll stay!

Great stay!

We had a great stay at this property. It was the perfect size and location for our family of 4. Lots of stuff to do at the house with the kids.

Perfect for our needs!

We had a great stay. Home was just as advertised - clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We will definitely return next year when I'm due back for another work trip!

I would highly recommend this property! Excellent communication with the company from the time of booking until the time we left. The house had all the amenities needed and I loved the little welcome starter packages & after sun bag. Nice touches. Fantastic water pressure, super comfy beds & bedding. Awesome little coffee shop just around the corner, less than a 5 min walk. Easy walking to the cute downtown waterfront, easy short drive to shopping. Highly recommend & will stay here again!

Quiet neighborhood.

The place was great. Lots of room for our two Labs in the backyard. Beds were comfy. AC worked fine. Kitchen was well stocked. There is a bar and restaurant behind the alley, but both were very quiet. Freeway access is easy. Lots of restaurants and breweries in the neighborhood.

Excellent get away

Charming well kept home with a relaxing atmosphere and easy access. Home is equipped with the necessary amenities. No issues whatsoever. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable home away from home.

Our Extended Stay in Coeur D' Alene

Overall, the house was very clean and accommodating. The backyard was spacious and terrific. The air hockey game in the garage was a complete surprise and much appreciated. There were high quality amenities available and the towels were plush! I would have liked a dishwasher but the space in the kitchen was a little tight. The the neighborhood is ok (a bit of construction next door) but again, happy to have been in the proximity of downtown. Highway access is marvelous and easy to get in and out of the very wide and accommodating streets. The interior was really nice and quality flooring, carpeting. There are portable AC units which are essential in the Summer. Master bedroom is only a queen size bed (used to king size). I would recommend anyone with a furry friend as well to book this place because it has tons of room in the backyard. The ownership/booking group was highly responsive and detailed. I was very impressed by everyone's professionalism and gracious demeanor. - Steve

Cute place that needs upgrades

Pros: the house is really cute with just about everything you need. The location is perfect and within walking distance of several really good restaurants. The Relic bbq place and Jimmy's Down The Street where favorites. Plus downtown CDA is only 10 minutes away. Also, we had an issue with the sprinklers going on for about 5 hours at a time and the rental company was very quick to respond to this issue. Cons: This place was filthy. The floor had mounds of dirt on it. I had to sweep the floor several times and it still seemed gritty. My socks were always dirty. I actually wiped parts of the floor with soap and water before my 9 month old granddaughter (who lives locally) was allowed on it while visiting. There was no mop present, so I am assuming the cleaning company only vacuumed the wood floors. We also found several dirty dishes, mostly pots and pans. And we had 4 dirty towels that were folded and put on the shelf for use. Also, the deck outside is in dire need of being completely replaced. There are many rotten boards on the deck and also on the steps that are a tripping and falling hazard. Several of them feel like you are falling through and there are many nails and screws showing.All in all, a good place to stay, but it needs upgrades and a new cleaning service.

I do want to clarify there weren’t mounds of dirt, and we did review both the required task photos from the cleaner and the quality assurance person. That said, if the floors or anything else weren’t up to your standard, we would have been more than happy to send a clean to the house during your stay to take care of it. I’m truly sorry the deck condition didn’t meet expectations, and we’ll be looking into repairs right away to ensure a safer, more comfortable experience for future guests. Very convenient

We came to visit my mother who is living at an assisted living facility a few blocks away. Because it was so close we were able to bring Mom to the house to hang out for a few hours so she could have break from her apartment. The house is comfortable, close to good restaurants, and has very easy freeway access. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Great location close to lake, golf course and down town. Functional space and very clean.

We loved how close it was to everything. With our family of 5 it was ideal space over a hotel room. Felt it was priced accordingly as it wasn't fancy but served our purpose.

The house smells strongly of cigarette smoke

I rented this house with my fiancé and two friends. We were in the area for Ironman 70.3 CDA. Within only a few minutes of being in the house, we could smell cigarette smoke, with the worst area being the back bedroom. I have been around cigarette smoke and lived with smokers as a child. This was more than just a situation where the prior tenants broke the rules and smoked in the house. The house was saturated in cigarette smoke. It was clearly in the walls, upholstery, carpeting. On race day, my wetsuit even smelled of smoke as I put it on...just from sitting in the house for a couple days prior. All of my clothes when I returned home had to be laundered due to the smell of cigarettes. All of us were sneezing, had watery eyes, headaches. It didn't help that we were there for an endurance race where lung health is paramount. We all started taking Zyrtec. I have an albuterol inhaler that I rarely use, but I was using it multiple times per day. My friend was using his too. When I messaged the property management team to ask if this is a known issued, they responded that they had never heard a complaint about cigarette smoke??? This was so obviously dishonest. The location is convenient and safe, but this house isn't worth being miserable and stinking like cigarettes. I was extremely disappointed.

Cute and comfortable!

The house was an easy 39 minute drive to Silverwood and a 20 minute walk to downtown Couer d’Alene with cute shops and restaurants. The Moontime Pub had awesome food just two blocks away and we had a great breakfast at Jimmy’s Down the Street. The house had everything we needed. We loved all the plants and fun decor. We wish we’d found the air hockey table in the garage sooner.
