Charming villa in Mougins.<br>Escape to a haven of peace 4 minutes from the picturesque village of Mougins. <br>Welcome to our villa "Les Vikings", where elegance and comfort intertwine, offering an unforgettable retreat for discerning travelers looking for the ultimate vacation experience.<br><br>Stay in this exceptional villa of 250 m2 spread over 2 levels that can accommodate up to 14 travelers.<br><br>Ideal location: 4 minutes by car (or 20 minutes walk) from the beautiful village of Mougins, 3 minutes walk from some very practical amenities for your stay (a bakery, some restaurants, a pharmacy, ...), 4 minutes by car from the motorway, 15 minutes by car from Cannes.<br><br>Quick access (5 min walk) to the Siagne canal will allow you to walk and visit the region in a different way.<br><br>On the first floor of our villa, you will discover: <br>- a large entrance hall<br>- a large living room with fireplace, and an office area<br>- a library with television (smart TV connected to wifi)<br>- a dining room (12 covers) + 2 high chairs for children<br>- a fully equipped kitchen<br>- a first laundry room (dishwasher)<br>- a second laundry room (washing machine, dryer)<br>- a garage<br>- a small "blue" bedroom with a sofa bed (ideal for an adult or 2 teenagers) and a shower room<br>- a toilet.<br><br>Upstairs, all the bedrooms are air-conditioned:<br>- a "beige" bedroom with a double bed and a dressing room<br>- a small shower room with WC<br>- a large "pink" bedroom with a Queen size bed, a single bed and a wardrobe<br>- a large "terracotta" bedroom with a queen size bed, a single bed and a wardrobe<br>- a shower room with toilet and heated towel rail<br>- an "olive" living room with a 2-seater sofa bed (with mattress), a desk and a television (smart TV connected to wifi) <br>- a terrace<br>- a large dressing room<br>- a bathroom with bath, shower, toilet, bidet and heated towel rail<br>- A "celadon" bedroom with a double bed.<br><br>Outside, you will enjoy a swimming pool (its terrace and deckchairs), a large garden, a terrace with lounge and garden tables (under 2 motorized awnings), a covered terrace with lounge and garden table (and hammocks), a barbecue area under lean-to, a parking lot, a carport (limited height 185 cm).<br><br>Guests will have access to the entire accommodation with the exception of the cellar.<br><br>We remain at your disposal throughout your stay.<br><br>Guests must respect the property and neighbors: We ask that guests respect our property as well as the neighbors by avoiding excessive noise and harmful behavior.<br><br>No parties or events: We do not allow parties or events in our villa. We want guests to feel at home, but we also ask that they respect the tranquility of the estate.<br><br>No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Travelers can smoke outside the house, but must dispose of cigarette butts appropriately.<br><br>Pets: We do not allow pets in the house.<br><br>The gardener and the pool builder will be in charge of the maintenance of the outdoor equipment once a week.<br><br>Garbage collection days: Wednesday and Saturday at 5 a.m.<br>Selective sorting collection days: Friday at 5 a.m.
