Velkommen til vores rummelige to soveværelser, to og en halv bad villa beliggende i Sea Pines Plantation. Villaen ligger i en rolig og rolig beliggenhed ved siden af ​​den berømte Harbour Town Links golfbane, et af de mest fremtrædende PGA-kurser og hjemsted for Heritage Golf Tournament. Vi er også en kort gåtur fra Sea Pines Racquet Center, som er under U. S.'s retning Olympiske mænds træner og tidligere usa s Åben og Wimbledon Champion Stan Smith. Third time staying here!

No complaints about our stay. We love the villa, love the area, close to so many things we frequent! Wonderful week, weather was beautiful, villa was lovely. We'll probably stay here for a 4th time next year if it's available!

Harbor Town area

We have come to Hilton Head for many years, but have never stayed near Harbor Town and i have to say the short walk and even shorter bike ride to the lighthouse and all the attractions there was a delight. We love staying in Seapines and now have a favorite area to stay in the future.

A Perfect Location

Totally enjoyed our week at this lovely villa! It was very clean, cozy, and decorated nicely😊There was a beautiful large pool only a very short distance from our outdoor patio, and it was only a quick walk to Harbor Town, and a short bike ride to the beach! I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this villa to family and friends. Thank you very much!

Great Location!

Beautiful villa! We loved the upgrades!! We’ll stocked kitchen. Kathleen was wonderful to correspond with and quickly responded to any questions. Great location and awesome large pool. We’d definitely love to rent this villa again.

July 2024 Family Vacation

Great location. Pool was awesome. Property was perfect sized for our family of four. Only issue was the master can get a bit warm at night. Adding a ceiling fan or big oscillating fan would be great. Absolutely recommend the unit to others!

Best ever stay in over 35 years visiting Hilton Head.

Location, Location, Location was amazing. We had dear walk through the back yard on several nights, 5 minutes to Harbour Town yet a very peaceful and quiet location. Kathleen (Manager) was amazing and was totally on top of any needs we may have had. Well appointed and clean. Lovely patio. Bike paths to everywhere. 10 minutes to bike to the SeaPines Beach Club. Amazing club and beach setting. WoW.

Immaculate and Great Location

My husband, myself, and our 4 year old stayed for a week in this lovely townhome. The house has a well stocked kitchen and a washer and dryer which was a huge plus. We brought our own chairs, umbrella, and beach toys. Perfect courtyard to store bikes. Pool directly behind unit which is very convenient, 5 minute walk to Harbour Town and 10-12 minute bike ride to beach.

Second Visit was even better than the first.

I'd like to give this place and the owners a bad review to prevent others from renting this when we book our THIRD trip back, but I couldn't do that. The place is great, the owners are terrific and answer emails and phone calls immediately. Very clean, and more updates since the last time we were there 2 years ago. The back patio opens to the pool for a 15 second walk to get to the pool, and only a 4 minute walk to harbor town, or a 6 minute bike ride to the ocean. Perfect.

AC Issues/Dirty

The doors were so swollen we could barely open and shut them. Property owner was very nice and responsive immediately getting us a spare key as the electronic door lock could not open. Inside, the tables, floor, couches/beds felt constantly damp and uncomfortable, typical of an old AC needing serviced with moisture issues. The microwave had metal coating mising and is a true hazard. The upstairs carpet and twin sheets wereextremely dirty, o bee inllm

Great location, good value

Overall, we had a great stay. The place was clean and well stocked with necessities, such as toilet paper, blankets, and all kitchen needs. The beds were very comfortable and having 2.5 baths was very convenient for our our family of 4. We only experienced 2 negatives with the unit. 1. The walls are paper thin between the units, and we could hear our neighbors on both sides. One group we could even hear talking but it was a large group of people with 3 teenagers, and we have a toddler that goes to bed early. Plus, we just wanted to be able to relax and that made it challenging at night at times. 2. The other issue we had is that it was listed as having a pull out sofa bed, which was not really operable when we arrived. We had planned to use it and why we chose this one over other options. Overall, though, we loved that the pool was immediately behind us and the bike path was right in front, and the location was very convenient.

Villa was clean and air conditioning and heat, when needed, was quiet. Master bath shower was great! Needed help getting desired TV stations pulled up. Instructions in the villa on how to navigate the system would have been helpful. Local relatives of owner came to assist on the TV. One suggestion would be to install a couple bath towel bars on wall opposite the counter in the master bath. Vehicle parking space was good.

This was the 2nd year in a row we stayed in this villa! Each year the owner has been very responsive to our inquiries. Everything worked well, was clean and in a great location! We had a wonderful week, as usual!

Needs Updates

Couldn’t get in front door with the code. Had to contact owner to find a key. Door is almost impossible to open and close because it is swollen. Sliding doors also hard to open and close. Carpet badly in need of replacing. Had to wear shoes in the house or our feet would get black. Roomy unit with great location but needs some work.

Great location, easy 15 min walk to Harbour Town, close to Blue line trolley and easy access to Yellow line beach trolley, pool was clean and not crowded, bike trails were great, we were pleasantly surprised by nice outdoor storage area for our bikes … enjoyed our week in HHI!

Family vacation

Nice vacation property perfect for my family of four. A bit dated and the furniture is a bit worn, but that did not stop us from enjoying the unit and all Sea Pines had to offer. We will return in the future!

Loud neighbors

The unit was in good working condition. Check in process with owner was late and not very user friendly. Next door unit had more people in it than the max tenant limit. People next door were very loud leading one to believe walls/construction of units do not lend to high occupancy and quietness to others. Would be concerned obout next door noise if renting this unit again.

Great location

The location of this property was ideal for our vacation. We were a short walk/drive to harbour town or the shoppes. We were able to grab the trolley at the shoppes and head to the beach or South Beach. Being able to see the pool from the villa was great! We could make sure it wasn't too busy before we made our way over! The pool was awesome! The villa itself is very spacious and well maintained. A bit on the dated side with the decor, but it looks like they are working on it a room at a time. The master bath was beautiful! We had one minor problem with a closet door that really didn't bother us, but the owners insisted they would send someone over to fix it. He was kind and helpful and quick! We would definitely stay here again!
