Reserva Conchal is centrally located to the areas most popular places and activities so you can easily explore the neighboring beaches and towns of Brasilito, Flamingo, Playa Grande and Tamarindo.
The condo is in the development of Reserva called Carao. This development has its own generator, pool and jacuzzi. There is an underground parking spot, guest parking and an elevator.
There are TV's in all three bedrooms, a new super comfortable oversized sofa in the living room and a beautiful new dining room table and chairs with seating for eight which were made by local craftsmen.
The condo has three bedrooms all with their own bathrooms and large closets. It has just been updated with new mattresses, pillows, bedding, beds, sofa and dining room table. You will find custom artwork by local artists throughout the condo. A BBQ grill, dining table, couch and lounge chairs on the very large balcony which has roll down shades for privacy and sun protection. In the full kitchen, you will find a filtered water system, Keurig coffee maker with pods, dishwasher, microwave, oven refrigerator/freezer with ice maker and absolutely everything you need. There is a washer and dryer in the laundry room, a powder room and a storage closet. In the hallway is a garbage shoot for disposal.

There is a complimentary shuttle you can call to pick you up and take you to the beach club, where guests can relax by our ocean view pool, watch what we are sure you will agree is one of the most beautiful sunsets in the world, enjoy our world-class amenities and find our staff ready to accommodate any request. There are two restaurants at the Beach Club with daily drink and food specials or by reservation, you can enjoy dining at one of the W Hotels or Westin restaurants.
