Location Location Location! Private pool! This is a private gated community of 4 houses located exactly between Manuel Antonio national park and the town of Quepos. It is 3-4 minutes to either. It is on top of a nice sized hill and there are several ocean views on the property. There is a public bus stop across the street that can bring you to the Manuel Antonio national park and beach cheaply if you don't want to drive, and there are tons of coffee houses and restaurants within walking distance!

Excellent stay! Stunning view, awesome restaurants (personal recommendation for Emilio’s), 2 pools. Quiet at night, lively during the day. Better in person than in photos which rarely happens these days. Host was nice as well as the groundskeeper. Thank you!

Cute property with a great location! Very clean house with a nice kitchen. Loved the personal pool and the community pool - both were very clean and well maintained. The staff were all very friendly. Would stay here again!

The Best!!!

Truly the best VRBO we have stayed in. The space was clean and the complex is just so quaint, plus it is in the perfect location for visiting Manuel Antonio. The beds were very comfortable!

We loved our stay at this pool villa. We loved the common pool, kids enjoyed swimming and we saw beautiful sunsets from the pool and balcony. It was nice to have the private jacuzzi pool, too. There is also a spot right across from the property to see the beautiful sunset. The caretaker responded to us very quickly and the caretaker at the property was so kind. We will definitely come back!

The home was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described, but what truly set this experience apart was Jordan’s outstanding hospitality.Jordan coordinated several excursions for our group, handling every detail with professionalism and care. From transportation to timing to local recommendations, he ensured each outing was smooth and memorable. His responsiveness and attention to detail elevated our entire trip.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.

Great house/condo in Quepos

Very clean, comfortable, and nice accommodation. Our gps made finding it initially need a second try, but the host was very helpful! The complex has a beautiful pool with perfect sunset views.

Amazing property

This was an amazing property for our family. We loved the small and large pools, the front porch, and the a/c after a hot day in Manuel Antonio. The property was squeaky clean and the host was very responsive and helpful.

Pura Vida!

It was the absolutely the perfect place to land our family for our Costa Rican adventure. Amazing location and the house had everything we needed. It was close to Manuel Antonio, souvenir shops, delicious restaurants and the grocery store. Everyone we met on property were so nice and truly so thoughtful. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again next time we come to Manuel Antonio!

Great villa in Manuel Antonio

The villa was perfect for us. Private with access to a sweet small pool and a share pool as well, close to the parque and easy walking to restaurants and amenities. The villa itself was tico, very comfortable and had everything we needed for relaxing and hanging out. Fabian was a perfect concierge, responsive and friendly. Would stay here again!

We had a lovely time at this house! The ac was great and the bed was super comfortable. It's Costa Rica so it was hot and humid but we spent a lot of time on the porch; the little fan there was perfect. I appreciated the coffee but my tea drinking family would have loved a stovetop or electric kettle. All in all we would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Good place to stay if your objective is to have good restaurants nearby and faster access to MA Park. Lots of street noise. Nice pool. Friendly staff. Beach view through the telephone and power lines. Clean and secure. Mixed bag.

Wow that was a bit harsh, i gotta wonder what view this guy is used to :). I mean for real, how many places in the world can you see 40 miles of waves crashing on the coastline from the balcony. You can see the pennisula of guanacste in the distance, but you have to look across a 100 mile stretch of blue pacific. You can actually see sportfishing boats from the marina fishing 15 miles offshore from the balcony. On tournament days, you can watch the boats line up and hear the starter shot and watch them race into the distance. But from a birds eye view as we are right on top of the mountain, 1 mile from the water. Yes there is a power line, but if he would have only looked a little further. Who knows, maybe he is an electrician and that was more interesting to him than the view i see? And how terrible being walking distance to all the great restaurants…

It was a great location for a small family! We were able to walk to the grocery and grill outdoors. The pool was a big hit with the kids, especially the small side pool where I could watch the kids play from the kitchen. Very centrally located to everything if you have a car. Parking was no problem! We had a great experience!

Definitely family approved!!!!!

Great place, very well equipped and the location is close to the beach and many restaurants, the facilities are very secure with beautiful landscaping, the private pool is a great feature because my daughter could be at the pool while we were cooking at the kitchen or the grill. Special thanks to the security guy “Martin” he was very helpful.

Perfect for a Family

Fabian was great and very quick to respond to any questions/request. He also recommended a wonderful restaurant and made us reservations. The place was clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything you need. There's also a grocery store within walking distance. Loved the private pool and the main pool had a great sunset view. Bird watching was good from the main pool area, too. I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice property

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. We had a lovely private pool, just outside of our house. In addition, there was another larger pool which was shared by all guests of the property. The grounds were lovely with beautiful flowers and plants, which provided privacy between the houses on the grounds. The house was decorated nicely and very clean. Overall a very good experience.

Beautiful and Safe

The staff communicated with us very well. We had Jose and he was amazing in getting us into the house and for providing any help with questions about nearby activities. The complex is enclosed with a gate so you feel very secure. I would say the only thing we had issues with was the main bed was a little uncomfortable but overall everything was great!

Attention to detail

Jason was an excellent communicator asking approximately when we were arriving and meeting us at the gate to show us our villa and grounds. Housekeeping every day! The gardens are lovely as are the gardeners and security

Outstanding Better than Advertised

First, there is a beautiful ocean view from the living room. This was not exactly clear from the pictures or from the description. Secondly, the private pool is amazing. It is quiet and it is safe and everything is just beautiful. I didn't want to leave.

Hi, my name is Jose Serrano, and I grew up here in Quepos! I can help you with everything from transport, to activities, to grocery shopping before you arrive and even let you know which restaurants have two for one specials! I will make your awesome vacation even more awesome!

Derfor valgte værten dette overnatningssted

This place is right in the middle of Manuel Antonio. All the best places to eat, the banks and the coffee shops are right next door within walking distance. A beach bus also passes by every 20 minutes to take you to Manuel Antonio national park and beach, it's a 5-7 minute ride. You can leave your car in our gated covered parking spot so you don't have to worry about parking down by the beach. We also have an awesome little private pool right outside the kitchen window, and then the little community we are in has a big pool as well. This is the perfect place to enjoy Manuel Antonio, we would love to have you guys out!

Derfor er dette overnatningssted unikt

This is the best place to stay as well if you don't have a rental car. You can walk to stores, coffee houses, and restaurants. There are usually a few taxis parked right outside the gate to take you to the marina or the national park, and there is a bus that passes by every 20 minutes to also take you to the marina, beach or national park! If you do have a car, you can still use the less than a dollar bus and won't have to fight with the parking down by the beach or at the park. This is the best real estate in Manuel Antonio and you will love it here!
