Great house for groups

7 of us stayed here for a weekend golf/fishing trip. The house was great for our needs, we had plenty of space and the pool/backyard was a big hit.

Girls trip

A girls trip to the beach. We had a great time. The pool was beautiful and the outdoor space was so private. The kitchen was great and the house was very spacious. Beds were comfortable and showers had great hot water and pressure. We walked to the beach every day. The communication with the property owner/company was great. Thanks so much for a great vacation.

Definitel wear and tear on this place, but we had a great time. This was a good place to stay. Lower level shower isn't draining and master pocket door for bathroom was totally broken. Never could figure out remotes, even reading instruction book. Options didn't match screen. But a lovely experience, great pool. Convenient location. Plenty of room.

Girls trip!

We took a girls trip and the house was perfect! It was clean, had plenty of room and the pool was amazing! The host was very easy to reach and responsive. The only issue is we ran out of paper towels and toilet paper multiple times and there wasn’t extras in the house, you had to contact the host to get them.

Yearly Family Vacation

This is a perfect house for big families or groups. Lots of space to spread out. The pool and yard are beautiful. The water in the pool is a little on the hot side but there is a ton of pool toys. Not far from beaches, shopping and restaurants. Neighbors are all very kind. Garage for storing all your beach items and bikes. Our family enjoyed the entire property!

Stunning views, missing essentials

Gorgeous backyard? Absolutely. It was the highlight of the stay—spacious, well-kept, and perfect for lounging or hanging out. Unfortunately, the same attention clearly wasn’t given to the rest of the experience. For the price we paid, we expected at least the basics to be covered. Instead, we arrived to find a nearly empty supply of toilet paper, no toiletries, and a grill that looked promising but didn’t actually work. It’s frustrating when a high-end rental skimps on essentials. We weren’t expecting luxury spa amenities, but a working grill and some TP didn’t feel like too much to ask. Bottom line: the backyard says five stars, but the rest of the place feels like someone stopped trying halfway through. Great potential, but right now it’s all patio.

Shortage of supplies

The house was ill-equipped with basic supplies, lacking dishwashing soap and insufficient laundry detergent, toilet paper, and dishwashing detergent. For the price of this rental, you should not have to go to the store for all of these basic needs. The rental office says they provide it but the office was not responsive quickly enough.

Nice place but some issues

The house was generally "as advertised." Very nice heated pool and 10-minute drive to beach. There were woefully inadequate supplies (mini shampoo bottle in each bathroom and we were there 6 days!) same with soap, dishwasher and laundry pods...very skimpy. Minimal kitchen supplies for cooking, very few dish towels, a dirty oven mittt. Dishwasher rack broken and they didn't come fix it during stay. Toilet in master bath rocked. Very sterile decor, hardly any pics on wall (many small holes, gashes, dirt marks). No pillows/throw blankets on sofa. Not very "homey" or well maintained (several doors "stuck"). The management company responded to our calls but didn't seem apologetic about lack of supplies...no excuse for not having basic things like enough shampoo, soap, cleaning supplies. We've stayed in many VRBO properties that were much more "inviting" well maintained and adequately stocked.

We appreciate the feedback and disappointed on some of the issues mentioned by the guest. We provide ample supplies including all the basics and some guests use more in which we brought extra supplies at their request. The kitchen is equipped adequately for standard cooking, we even provided more cookware. There are throw pillows on the couch. Unfortunately the guest did have some repair issues which we took care of promptly the same day with very little interruption to the guests. This home is beautiful and well maintained. Many things she listed is a matter of taste and subjective. We still appreciate the feedback and always strive to give our guests a most enjoyable stay.

The house itself was nice, but our stay was disappointing because several amenities were unavailable or not functioning. We specifically chose this property because of the outdoor TV, but it wasn't working during our stay. We were only notified one day before arrival and later learned it would not be replaced, despite remaining listed as an amenity.We also experienced a refrigerator that stopped working, a dryer that didn't function properly, a broken light fixture, and an insufficient supply of trash bags for the length of our stay.We were also disappointed with the communication. Before our arrival, we asked for assistance with a package that was arriving early, but the response gave us little confidence that anyone would be able to help. Combined with the maintenance issues, the overall level of service fell short of our expectations.While the management team attempted a temporary fix for the refrigerator, the number of issues significantly impacted our stay. We hope these items are addressed so future guests can enjoy the property as expected.

We appreciate the feedback. The outdoor TV stopped working just before the guests arrival due to an unexpected failure. We notified the guest before check-in and we would not be able to replace, although the home still offers five other TVs for guests to enjoy. The refrigerator experienced a temporary issue during their stay, and we responded promptly to get it working again. The dryer was functional throughout their stay, although it was drying more slowly than normal. They were notified before their arrival of the issue. We let the guest know we would look out for the package that didn't arrive until after their arrival. We are confused about the complaint. While we regret these unexpected issues, we responded quickly whenever we were notified and worked to minimize any inconvenience. We continually strive to give our guests the best experience.

Lovely house

The house is lovely, and the location is great - 20km from Tampa airport, and central to Treasury Island, Clearwater and St Pete's. We stayed here for our wedding and we had family staying with us, the bedrooms were perfect for all of us - the master bedroom was incredible. The house was well stocked, however, I would just like to mention a few points - there didn't appear to be enough outside chairs around the table so we sat at the bar (which is lovely). I would say that there were a lot of mosquitoes and a net would be helpful as most of our party got bitten to pieces (we did have spray as well). The contact to bring supplies was brilliant, we didn't spot in the welcome pack that we only had to message and he would bring everything round so we actually went to the shop and purchased washing up liquid, wash powder and cleaning products! That was our fault entirely - just a note to others staying there, when you arrive message the host and within minutes supplies will be brought round. The lights round the pool are quite lose and delicate, I think they need mending. The side garage is well stocked with pool toys, etc which was great for our children. Overall the property is beautiful and we would definitely stay here again if we go back to Florida. Miss it already.

Chill get away

This was a great space to come together (and spread out) as a family. Lots of places to hang out - well supplied with games. Extra fridge/freezer in the garage. Wide open kitchen. Tucked away - but close to lots of things.

Spring Break Vacation

Our Family of 10 (6 adults & 4 children) planned our spring break here to get away from the main tourist locations. It was a very comfortable house with plenty of space for everyone and a beautiful pool.

Family fun

It was wonderful to have our (adult) kids under one roof (as opposed to all of us getting one bedroom condos on the beach). The beach was close enough, although we opted to stay in the beautiful and private backyard most of the time. Just as much sun there and it had all of the amenities!
