Welcome to Azul Townhome A5! This brand-new townhome offers a spacious and modern retreat with 4 floors, 5 bedrooms, and 4 full bathrooms – perfect for families or groups!

On the ground level, you'll find the entrance and garage access. The attached garage, stocked with beach chairs, bikes, toys, and a wagon, will fit 2 with a driveway in front for a 3rd vehicle. The property also features an elevator with access from the ground floor to the rooftop deck for ultimate convenience. The 2nd floor features a spacious living room with an oversized, comfy couch and balcony access. The private balcony has table and chairs making it an ideal place to gather. This floor also includes a bedroom with a king bed and TV, plus a full bathroom with a tub/shower. The top-of-the-line kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, and cookware for easy at-home dining. Gather around the large dining table or enjoy casual seating at the kitchen island – a great space for entertaining.

On the 3rd floor, you'll find three additional bedroom and 2 full bathrooms. There is a king bedroom with a TV, a room with a Bunk Bed that is a twin-over-full size, and a queen bedroom with a twin fold-out/convertible chair, TV and attached bath. This floor also offers a washer and dryer for added convenience.

The 4th floor boasts a queen bedroom with a TV and attached bath, plus access to the rooftop deck. The rooftop deck is the ultimate hangout spot, featuring a wet bar, outdoor TV, lounge chairs, a table and chairs, and breathtaking views of Madeira Beach. Our group had an awesome time here and loved how clean and ready the space was when we arrived. It was so convenient to the beach and the pool was so refreshing in the afternoons. Also, the house provided a few floats and beach chairs that were just really nice to have. We would definitely recommend and would love to stay here again in the future!

Place was very nice and in great location. Elevator not working- after hours service had us call elevator company. Not our home and of course elevator company needed owner to call. We were compensated for inconvenience at end of stay. Also lots of sugar ants near kitchen sink- traps put out. Just made sure all food items, etc were sealed and put in pantry.Beds comfortable and upstairs deck great for family board games. Overall very nice place to stay.

Great place and great location. I would stay there again. Wish there was more towels in the bathrooms, though. And we were never able to work the elevator.

The entire complex was very clean and well kept. Our unit in particular was exactly what we needed! We had a full house, but it never felt crowded. Plenty of very comfortable furniture all throughout the house! Would definitely stay here again!The pool was definitely small and mostly shady, but with it being heated it was a very comfortable temperature. Loved the games and beach equipment that was included. There were several things in walking distance, and even more a short drive!The beach was magnificent, and even though we had to cross the street it was still very easy, quick, and safe to get to.

Clean and new, did not disappoint!We had a group of 8 and everyone had plenty of space here. The entire property was neat and tidy and ready for us upon checkin. Kitchen is stocked and had most essentials. We cooked breakfast and lunch here without having to make any purchases outside the food and coffee filters. Beach access was directly across the street from this location and they provided beach games, chairs, umbrellas, and even a wagon to transport it all! The only thing missing were beach towels (we purchased some from a surf shop within walking distance).

Beautiful and cozy beach house

The location of the house is perfect, just a few steps from the beach. The house was cozy, spacious and beautifully decorated. We had a great time with the family. We were able to see dolphins during our stay and enjoy of amazing sunsets. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the house also came with beach chairs and even games for the kids and a welcome basket The boys loved the ping pong table. The house was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. We loved our stay at this beach house . Definitely, we’ll come back

Good -. Unit was adequate for 8 people. Kitchen was equipped with excellent items including all types of electric appliances. The Beach was lovely and an easy walk from the unit. The pool was more like an oversized hot tub but it did have enough room for those who wanted to get wet..Not so pleasant - . When I looked at the photos of Azul it showed that all four bathrooms had hand held showers and grab bars. That was not the case at all. None of the showers had hand helds or grab bars. Having an elevator was an asset for one of us due to being handicapped. However, no where was it mentioned that you had to walk up three steps from the garage to access the elevator. Luckily I have strong sons-in-law who were able to help me up the steps and also bring my wheelchair. The picture of the roof top patio had a grill and an awning to provide some shade. This was not the case for this unit's patio. It had 2 chairs, 2 lounge chairs and a table. No shade and no grill. And the final straw was the first night when we started to prepare dinner and found the kitchen innudated with ants!!! Then we found them in the bathroom on the 2nd floor and all the way up to the 4th floor bathroom. Son-in-law went to the Publix store and bought anit spray and ant cakes to solve the problem but it was only a temporary fix as we had to spray every day. I don't think I would ever rent from this place again without having a family member visit the unit before signing a rental agreement.

The lack of handheld showers and grab bars, the missing grill and shade on the rooftop patio, and the unclear note about the three steps from the garage to the elevator should not have been surprises — I’ve notified the owner and our team to inspect the unit, confirm what’s listed in the photos and description, and make any appropriate corrections or additions (including installing grab bars/handhelds where feasible). We’ve also scheduled a professional pest treatment and will increase preventative measures so future guests don’t experience ants. Thank you for letting us know these specific problems. The place was perfect for four couples celebrating a milestone birthday. There were no surprises - it’s really as beautiful as the online pictures! It was super clean and I’d rent it again.
