How fun to watch the dolphins and amazing sunsets. The lack of handheld showers and grab bars, the missing grill and shade on the rooftop patio, and the unclear note about the three steps from the garage to the elevator should not have been surprises — I’ve notified the owner and our team to inspect the unit, confirm what’s listed in the photos and description, and make any appropriate corrections or additions (including installing grab bars/handhelds where feasible). We’ve also scheduled a professional pest treatment and will increase preventative measures so future guests don’t experience ants. Thank you for letting us know these specific problems.
