Open spaces easy access to trails and a quick walk to lakes and waterfalls. Great access to the Lago Vista trail that is literally in the backyard. Bike storage under the house. Lake Avalon is right around the corner.

Great Place

We found the house to be very open and welcoming. The house was very clean. It was a great base location for our daily trips. Loved the large closets with enough hangers to actually be able to hang your clothes up. Would stay again.

Property was great with awesome trail in the back yard!

The house was very nice! Tyson was a very nice person to deal with. Very responsive. The trail in the back yard turned out to be one of our favorites! I would stay there again!

NWA girls trip

4 of us stayed and had a great time. This house is clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. It was the perfect size for four adults. There was plenty of room for us to have privacy when needed. We were able hike during the mornings and go into the NWA different towns for fun in the evenings. The host was helpful and very responsive! If given the chance, I will definitely stay here again!

Great for active people

With trail access behind the house you can bike or hike for hours without driving anywhere. Also, Lake Avalon is just around the corner if you bring/rent paddle boards or kayaks. The deck and hot tub are great places to relax. We had plenty of room for two adults and three teenagers to sleep and hangout. Overall a great experience.

A relaxing fun week

Thanks to Tyson for hosting us. The home was perfect for us and we enjoyed many great meals together, exploring the area (Crystal Bridges was great including their evening Listening Forest event) and lots of hiking and mountain biking. The house was comfortable and we especially enjoyed the backyard access to trails and the view. Tyson was a gracious host. Thank you!

As good as it looks!

(Edited due to VRBO's feebleminded, moronic, snowflake policy that's not inclusive and appreciative and restricts the naming of local businesses??? WTH but can name search engines directly???) Property looked amazing online, so once the wife and I arrived for her birthday weekend, we were just as impressed! This house has received a significant remodel (including the mattress’s!!), and it shows. Everything is new and tidy. The decor was sharp and the tv, gigantic. This was a mountain bike weekend dream for us with full kitchens and the tunnel vision trail direct out back from the house. Kitchen has the majority of items needed to prepare a proper meal and coffee prep in the morning. Being a new listing, invariably we had a slight mechanical issue. The owner was prompt to respond and went above & beyond in remedying the issue. The host also had snacks waiting for us with also included some primary spices for meal prep. The house in a premium location and is only 8 minutes from the coolest and largest local liquor, wine, & beer store that starts with an Mac and has a doogle in it, and the largest grocery business in the world, starts with a W. Bentonville proper is only 12 minutes away. My only suggestion would be that you bring ice with you. I stay at many of these privately owned rental sites that compete with Vrbo, for work/play and most all have purposely not hooked up the water in the fridges due to the issues that come with it. BOOK with confidence! We’ll be back.

Tree top views on the Trails

We loved this house. Sipped coffee while enjoying the tree top views of the sunroom! Loved being directly on the trail for hiking and mountain biking. House felt newly updated and current. Tyson was immediately responsive . Great place to stay for myself, my husband and his brother. Would definitely stay again!

Awesome place in a great community

Could not have been better! The sun room is the best feature in the house, especially in the rain. Lived all of it!

Checked-in but had to quickly check-out

Communication started out great until I arrived at 5:30 PM the first day of my rental. Used the code provided and entered the property, an hour and a half after check-in! Immediately noticed the previous renters family was not gone and then realized the same code is used for every renter! I immediately left and sent a message to Tyson to call me. After an hour had passed I reached out to VRBO by phone and was on hold for an additional hour. At this point it’s over two hours after my initial check-in so my wife started looking for another place to stay. We found a place and reached out to the owner to let them know our predicament. We were contacted immediately and we finalized the week long rental. I was finally able to get ahold of an account rep with VRBO after an hour and 15 minutes. Explained the issue that the unit was still occupied and I had no communication with the owner. The rep said they had a few numbers so they attempted to make contact. The rep was unable to contact the owner so I was instructed they would start the investigation into the refund. Eventually Tyson contacted me and said he was out of the country and was just informed the unit was still occupied. He said he could give me a free night but it would take some time to get the unit cleaned. He said I could drop off my luggage in the garage. Note the unit has a carport. I told him sorry I could not just wait around to see if you contacted me so I had to book another place. He said sorry this was out of my hands and would let VRBO know what happened. 4 days later he told me I would get a full refund! That was 10 days ago and I’ve had no response from him. The place looks nice but if you can’t actually stay for the time you booked then it’s a moot point. Lots of nice places to stay in Bella Vista so I would pass on this unit and owner.

Wonderful House with a Great View!

The house is updated, open, and has a BEAUTIFUL view! We liked having closets (with hangers), dressers, and other areas to store our clothes (family of 5) and other necessities. This is a great location for mountain biking (which is why we were there) and the house has storage for the bikes under, with a lock! Also, the backyard actually has a trail in it! The house is located close to other trails and Bentonville (with tons of trails) along with other fun activities to do. The guest passes that come along with the house are wonderful for swimming in the pools, lakes, and other activities. The house was clean, the owner was responsive for any questions we had. I suggest sitting on the patio with coffee or a drink and enjoying the beauty of the woods! We will definitely stay again!

Updated, clean home in the treetops

This home was recently updated and is very cute & clean. The layout is nice and provides separation for multi- family or friend groups. View is very pretty at the top of the cliff.

Cozy Escape!

We wanted to escape to a cozy house in cooler weather. The house was updated nicely and had really cool features. There’s a sitting window I spent a bulk of my time reading at, a large porch right in front of a fire pit, bike trails that inspired my fiancé to buy I bike off of marketplace spontaneously, a quiet neighborhood with friendly people, and plenty of room for a family to stay and be comfortable. We appreciate the opportunity to stay in this beautiful home. Everyone wants to return in the future.

Trails right in the backyard!

We really enjoyed staying at this house! My kids loved it and wanted to live there. It was a great location, with bike trails right in the backyard. The house was very clean and had a great view off the back porch. We would stay here again!

Great Get Away

The house is attractive and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. The lock malfunctioned and we got locked out of the property, but we were able to get help from the owner. He replied promptly when we contacted him through VRBO, which was a big relief.

I currently live in Oregon but try to make it out to Bella Vista as much as I can. My sister lives in town, as soon as my kids graduate I will be moving out here permanently. I love to mountain bike and I love pickleball.

The trail is literally in the backyard! Treetop terrace is right next to the riding action! I love the proximity to Lake Avalon as well. It’s a short 7 min walk or a 2 min drive to the fishing dock.

The views in the trees. The trail literally in the backyard and it’s proximity to Lake Avalon. The house is a home away from home with parking for 3 to 4 cars. Storage is below the house for all your bikes and enjoy the spa to relax after a long ride!
