Welcome to your Creekside Oasis! Tucked into a tranquil wooded setting, this 5‑bedroom retreat blends country serenity with city convenience. Two separate living areas and a kitchenette make it ideal for families or friends traveling together who appreciate both privacy and togetherness.

Hot and pool were clean and very nice. The outdoor tv sitting area was very nice. The house had lots of space. Loved having the fire place. Family had lots of fun. Saw lots of wildlife.

30th birthday

We booked this for my husband’s surprise 30th and had the best weekend. The house setup was great, clean and had everything we needed. The outdoor area was gorgeous and we basically lived out there the whole weekend. Definitely recommend and would stay here again!

Think twice before renting this place. Creekside Oasis? No!! Creek area overgrown with weeds; could not see it or get to it. Landscaping and yard has lots of weeds. Needs trimming, trash lumber in yard, big holes in backyard a child could fall in. Upon arrival we were welcomed by filthy front porch furniture, dusty tables. Did they forget we were coming? Teflon pots and pans had scrapes and peeling ares but they did replace those while we were there; thank you. The gentleman who unclogged the tub and brought the new set of pots & pans said it had rained for 10 days. Those tall weeds were probably there longer than 10 days. Pool water below skimmer level when we arrived. Had to fill with hose dangling over the fence for filtration to work. Pictures on listing need to be updated to reflect current condition of the property. Fire wood listing showed stack of wood; was a prepackaged bundle of 5-6 pieces of wood. The fun pool floaties were disgusting with black stuff (mold?). Not sure they would even blow up. The management company was responsive with exterminator for our unwelcome visitors. The cornhole games boards in the pictures by the pool were not useable; wood splitting, separating, buckling up; basically falling apart. I dont like to complain but this was not the place advertised in the listing or pictures. We made the best of our stay and enjoyed one another’s company but we were disappointed in the outside amenities compared to what we were expecting.

Thank you for taking the time to write this out. The outdoor areas were not where they should have been during your stay, and that is on us. The wet stretch that week put our landscaping crew behind, but the yard, the creek path, and the poolside gear should have been in better shape before you arrived. We're glad our team was able to get the tub cleared, the pans replaced, and pest control out while you were still there. We appreciate you staying gracious about it, and we hope you'll give us another look.

Enjoyed the location and plenty of room for our family. Recommend owners review lights around out door space and hot tub. We did not get the hot tub to heat up.

We drove 6 hours and met some of our best friends who drove over 9 hours to stay at this house for 5 nights. We were super excited at first but noticed a lot of issues right away. For one, the pool was extremely cloudy. To the point we questioned if it was even safe for us, and our children, to swim in. We were told by the management company every single day that it would clear up, which it never did. The WiFi was extremely spotty — and we have business owners in the group, which created quite a struggle. The lights in the laundry room never worked. And on our 3rd night, one of the only TWO bathrooms (for a 5 bedroom home) got a backed up toilet and black stuff spewed out of the shower drain and all over the shower/floor (which the management company seemed to expect us to clean). The management company was responsive and sent out a plumber — who attempted to fix it, but couldn’t, and told us not to use that bathroom. After probing, we learned from the plumber that the management company was well aware of this massive issue, before we ever arrived, as they had been out the previous week due to these major issues with the plumbing. For two nights (almost half of our trip) we only had one working bathroom (for 8 people). Fast forward to our checkout day, and having to ask for some sort of reimbursement, we were offered a very minimal amount. Loved the house and the location, but honestly would never book a home with Weekender Management again.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We are glad your group loved the house and the location, and we are sorry the plumbing event on night three was disruptive. A few points for future guests reading this. The plumber's comment that we had prior knowledge of this issue was not accurate. We had no advance warning of the failure that occurred during your stay. When it was reported, we responded the same day and dispatched a plumber immediately. Regarding the resolution: we offered to relocate your group to a comparable property and offered a full cancellation refund, both of which were declined. A partial refund was then offered and accepted. After that refund was received, we were asked for additional compensation. We want future guests to have an accurate picture of how this was handled. On the pool: Creekside was freshly dewinterized before your arrival. We explained the dewinterization process during your stay, and the pool was tested and chemically balanced throughout. Temporary cloudiness while the chemistry stabilizes is normal and does not affect water safety. We understand that explanation was not satisfying in the moment, and we recognize the visual was concerning. The pool cleared as expected after you departed. The plumbing has since been repaired. We hope this context is helpful to anyone considering this property.

While we appreciated that the interior of the home was clean upon arrival, we were very disappointed to find that the exterior and overall property condition did not match the photos presented on the Vrbo listing.The images on the listing appear to be outdated or otherwise not representative of the current state of the property. The grounds, in particular, seemed poorly maintained, and it was evident that regular upkeep was lacking. This created a very different experience from what was advertised and expected.This discrepancy is concerning, as accurate listings are essential for guests to make informed decisions. We feel that the presentation of this property was misleading, and that is simply unacceptable.

We do note that your stay followed a storm that had caused some cosmetic damage to the outdoor deck cushions. The cushions were functional and in the process of being repaired; the damage did not affect their use. The storm also delayed our normal mowing and lawn care. We understand if that created a gap between your expectations and what you found, and we wish we had communicated it before check-in. Prospective guests are always welcome to reach out to us directly with questions about current property conditions.
