This house, located in Monthenault, is ideal for 23 vacationers. It offers 4 bedrooms, a furnished garden, a terrace and WiFi.
The lounge is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. Curl up on the comfortable sofa and enjoy a good book or take advantage of the amenities on offer, including a flat-screen TV, WiFi, an iPod docking station, a radio, a CD player and a Hi-Fi.
The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking up your favorite meals. Enjoy your feast around the dining table which seats 30 or outside, on the terrace or in the garden.
The house has 4 comfortable bedrooms, 1 including 2 single beds and a bunk bed, 1 including 3 single beds, 1 including a single bed and a double bed and 1 including 4 single beds and a bunk bed. The 4 bathrooms are fitted with a shower. A separate toilet is available

You will have to pay 55€/night on site for fire security, due to large accomodation capacity. There is an independent studio upstairs that can be occupied in the grand gite depending on the date of booking.the only thing we have in common is the staircase upstairs.
