Situated in the heart of the Pink City, in a typical Toulouse building, this charming 50m² apartment welcomes you for an unforgettable stay. Nestled on the 2nd floor WITHOUT an elevator, it offers all the comfort and functionality you need. It consists of a living room with a convertible sofa, dining table, and an equipped open kitchen; a bedroom with a double bed and its attached bathroom (see photos).
NOTE: The TV offers more than 100 channels of all kinds, except for traditional French channels.

Entry to the premises is done independently via a key box. You will receive explanations and codes on the day of your arrival. You have access to the entire accommodation. The apartment is located in a small typical Toulouse condominium with its pink bricks in the city center. The neighborhood is full of restaurants, cafes, and bars offering a variety of cuisines and atmospheres. You'll find all the essential shops a few meters from your accommodation: Spar at 30m, Bakery "Aux délices d'Amandine" at 270m, and Pharmacy "Pont Neuf" at 270m.

The accommodation does not have a parking space. To park, you have the underground parking Esquirol (5 minutes walk from the accommodation). We also offer for rent (subject to availability) an underground parking space near the Capitole (5 minutes walk from the accommodation). The rate is €14/day.
