Waterfront Retreat | Pool, Hot Tub & Fishing Access

Thank you for sharing your feedback! We're sorry your check-in was delayed. Our goal is always to have homes ready by 4:00 p.m. when check-in begins, but occasionally extra time is needed to ensure the property is thoroughly cleaned and inspected for arriving guests. We know waiting isn't ideal, and we appreciate your patience and understanding. Thank you for sharing your thoughts regarding the delay. We value all guest feedback as we continue working to provide the best possible experience. Thank you for choosing Padre Escapes. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for an even smoother stay in the future!

Thank you for the feedback. We do apologize for the issues you had during your stay. That is certainly not up to our normal standard. We will get it addressed and make sure it is better going forward.

We apologize for these inconveniences. Fortunately the guests above change on a regular basis and that has never been an issue before. We will notify housekeeping about the ash tray as well. We apologize for the inconvenience but we do appreciate your feedback.

Thank you for your honest feedback. We’re glad you found the unit easy to locate and appreciated the parking and general cleanliness. We’re very sorry to hear about the concerns with the bathtub and pest issues—this property does receive quarterly pest control, but we’ll follow up with our team to ensure everything is addressed. We also take safety seriously and will look into the bathtub setup. As for the concerns regarding smoke in shared outdoor areas, we understand how that can impact your stay, especially with children, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention. We'll be sharing your comments with the HOA.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback about your recent stay. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you experienced. Regarding the cleaning issues, we regret that we were not notified during your stay, as we would have been more than happy to address them immediately. Your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities, and we take cleanliness very seriously. In terms of parking, we understand your frustration and would like to clarify our policy. At check-in, we inform our guests that open parking is available in the angled parking area not labeled or assigned to specific units. The HOA will tow any vehicles unauthorized to park in assigned spots. We will work to improve our communication to prevent any confusion moving forward.

Thank you for your feedback, this is certainly not up to our normal standard. There has been an issue with the cable which have worked with the HOA on addressing and has since been addressed. We have had an appliance repair person address the dryer too. Fortunately the neighbors change out regularly so the noisy neighbors were there for just a short time. We have addressed your housekeeping concerns with that department as well. Thank you again for your feedback, we will do better going forward.

Thank you for sharing such a wonderful recap of your husband’s birthday weekend! We’re thrilled you found the rental clean, comfortable, and perfectly located on North Padre Island, making it convenient to explore all that Corpus Christi and Port Aransas have to offer. It sounds like you had some fantastic beach days and enjoyed the beautiful water and surroundings. We’d love to welcome you back anytime for another great trip.

Awesome! Look forward to hosting you again!
