The restaurant at the Clubhouse is scheduled to open June 2023. In addition to the satellite pool, the clubhouse has a resort style lagoon pool with a separate lap pool, a full-service spa, and so much more, There are eight lighted Har-Tru clay tennis courts, tennis courts and pickleball courts as well. Effective January 1, 2023, the current HOA transfer fee has changed and the new golf rates to play are as follows: 9 holes $45.00 and 18 holes $75.00. The golf cart is included in the new rates.
Prices are subject to change.
The current HOA transfer fee is $642.00, it includes a sales tax of 7%. This fee includes a golf membership, a transponder to access the community, the resort pool and tiki bar and other amenities for the entire length of your stay.
However, if guests choose not to pay the HOA fee, they will only be able to use the satellite pools. A transponder can be purchased at the office to get in /out of the gated community.

Golf benefits are available to the husband, wife, and children under 21 years of age. The HOA needs to have separate emails and phone numbers for each guest to play golf. Golf per person is $45.00 for 9 holes and $75.00 for 18 holes. It includes the golf cart.

Lakewood National is well located with everything you need just around the corner including restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, coffee places just around the corner. If you like shopping our UTC Mall is approximately 20 minutes from the community at University Parkway where you will find most of favorites stores. Furthermore, Anna Maria our nearest beach in Bradenton is approximately 25-40 minutes, a 10-minutes drive to downtown Lakewood Ranch, 30-40 minutes to downtown Sarasota, 1 hour approximately from Tampa. You can’t forget to visit Longboat Keys approximately 1 hour. Not to mention that Lakewood National is proximity to the beautiful #1 rated beach in the USA called Siesta Key, You don’t even need to leave the community to have a delicious meal, you can dine in the beautiful restaurant at the clubhouse scheduled to open in 2022.
