Sea Vous Play is our stunning home in Camp District of WaterColor! This designer home is decorated in tranquil tones of cream, tan, and blue, reminiscent of the gorgeous beaches of 30A only a short distance away. Coral and driftwood art pieces, billowy window treatments, and soft rugs add a final layer of beauty to this jewel of a home.

Perfectly located less than 100yds to Camp WaterColor, this home is ideally set up for families to come together for a dream vacation experience. With 2 primary suites, including king suite on the main floor, and 2 guest rooms, everyone will have dedicated space to relax. When it is time to be together, you'll love the private outdoor spaces that celebrate the outdoor lifestyle which makes Watercolor a haven. The front porch features cushioned bench swing, deluxe lounge chairs and ceiling fans. This porch is also fully enclosed with a gate entrance, to create a more secure environment for little ones to roam. The screened in back porch features outdoor dining, cushioned seating set, and ceiling fans. The adults will enjoy hanging out in this private space while the kids enjoy movie night in the upstairs TV nook.

Access to the world famous WaterColor amenities included with your stay. Camp WaterColor features a cantina, towel service, a lazy river, waterslides, kids pool, lap pool, and lots of poolside seating. Seasonally heated community pools ensure outdoor enjoyment year round. The Camp Field, directly across from the home is great for a game of soccer, football or even a family picnic. The gorgeous, new WaterColor Beach Club is quick 5min bike or LSV (golf cart) ride away from Sea Vous Play.

Amazing House!

The pictures show the house very accurately -- it truly is a luxurious place, with so many beautiful touches throughout. The common areas were big enough for our group of 8, and the individual rooms felt so private. I could have stayed at this house all month/year! The neighborhood was very nice -- a two minute walk to a pool with waterslides and lazy river, and a 7 minute golf cart ride to the beach. I will say that Watercolor is...a vibe. Lots of young families and parents drinking heavily at both pools. At times it felt like a tailgate, but at a pool. Be aware of this if you prefer a quieter vacation. The rental company that managed the property was 100% responsive and helpful from the time of booking until we left.

Overall lovely. Great location, nice home, small tweaks recommended.

The house was very nice - thematically decorated, well kept, if maybe a bit older than we expected. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything you could need, the rooms were spacious, with plenty of places to sit and relax. We were an extended family of 7 and never felt crowded. The provided bikes were perfect and the golf cart was excellent - clean and well maintained, no issues. Plenty of room for 3 cars to park in the back driveway area. The issues we did have were relatively minor, but without these annoyances, it would have made for a better stay. The front door lock doesn't work, and neither do any of the other doors on the front porch. This meant we were never really able to enjoy the front porch swing, etc. The upstairs master suite shower has serious issues with maintaining ANY temperature for more than 5 mins. Back porch screen was broken. The living area always was about 10 degrees warmer than the rest of the house. No water dispenser on the fridge, but the ice maker was helpful. Watercolor as a neighborhood is great - exactly what you expect: a nice resort pool and Camp Watercolor great for the kiddos, fun biking paths, and very well maintained neighborhood. Closely located to Seaside area which is fun with lots of stuff for families to do. Our interactions with the property management company was pleasant and they were always responsive and helpful. We recommend the home, with the above caveats hopefully being able to be addressed.

great beach trip!

property in an excellent location, just steps from camp watercolor which is great for Kids and grandkids. having a golf cart to use was a bonus. we never drove while in watercolor - we either walked to camp watercolor or used the golf cart to get to watercolor beach club and the ocean. the property manager was very responsive, often responding within minutes. the house was very clean and well maintained. dog friendly neighborhood and seaside is just steps away if you're interested in food trucks and additional restaurants.

Luxury at Watercolor

I can’t tell you how much we enjoyed our stay at Sea Vous Plat! Every inch of this house was exquisitely decorated. I loved being surrounded by luxury and by having the ability to spread out in this large vacation home. I loved the large soaking tub and the 3 headed shower. We enjoyed cooking breakfast every morning and also swinging on the front porch while reading. We loved biking into town and around the bike path. Our dogs loved the long walking trails that were shaded. The golf cart was handy for driving to the beach/club. Next time we will plan better and schedule a tennis clinic ahead of time. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us. We slept great every night and the beauty of the beach restored us!!!

Nicest part of 30A we've ever visited! We will definitely be back for a much longer stay next time! :)

The beds were comfortable and the master suite is incredible. Although the house is a bit further back from the beach club, it didn't matter because the 6 person golf cart made it very easy to get around. We loved staying in this home in Watercolor and would definitely go back!

The location is quiet but so close to Camp Watercolor where you can swim, grab a drink from the bar (awesome drinks!), or some yummy snacks or lunch. They even have an ice cream cookie sandwich happy hour! You can also take a short lovely ride in the included golf cart into seaside for shopping and restaurants or the grocery store & liquor store next door. SO convenient. But not only is this place convenient it is super comfortable and VERY well appointed. The am amenities are all very high end. The blankets are so cozy, the showers are fabulous with generous sprayers & towel hooks a plenty. Even the towels felt nicer than other rentals we have stayed in! We had the most wonderful time and felt like we were staying in someone's fancy home not a rental. Could not recommend this place more!

When we walked into the home, it was better than we imagined and even nicer than the pictures show online. The home has perfect space for close family and friends to come together for meals, games and conversation, but at the same time, gives everyone the ability to spread out for privacy. The front and back porches were dreamy to sit and relax and have good conversation, game time and drink a coffee or a glass of wine. Throughout the home there are many detailed beautiful touches which could grace the covers of any home magazine but also make you feel comfortable and cozy. The owners provided everything you could possibly need or think of in a vacation home. The beds were all very comfortable and the entire home was spotless. There was easy communication with the property manager/owners. The quiet street/neighborhood/home is conveniently located to pools, restaurants, shopping, and grocery as well as the beach and beach club. Any of these are walkable, however, with the inclusion of bikes and a golf cart with this home, it makes getting around even easier and more fun for everyone in the group! We look forward to our return to Watercolor and will reserve this home again next visit!

Great Stay ... Ready for a Repeat Trip!!

Reviewer Comments: Great location just steps from Camp Watercolor and within a few minutes of the beach, shopping, food, etc. The owners spared no expense getting this property updated and ready for rental. There is plenty of room to spread out but great gathering space for meals, playing games, chatting, etc. Also, Amenity passes are included with the rental, which will allow access to the beach, pools, etc. I would definitely recommend this property to family or friends, and I hope to make a return trip to this same location in the near future.

Disappointed!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We brought several issues to the management team at our arrival. Sarah came out the first night to help with the front door and TV in the den. (she was great). We brought the other issues to her attention and sent maintenance there the next day. He showed up and attempted to fix 1 thing with no luck, the rest he said "Yeah, I think there is a work order on that." Here are the items we brought to his attention that were not fixed nor did we ever here back from anyone. 1. Freezer leaked alot on to the floor every day we were there. It had no ice, never made any ice, and everything we put in there was lost and had to be thrown out. 2. Stand alone Ice Machine had no ice at our arrival so we put store bought ice in there. It is working but is on its last leg. Barely makes ice. 3. Bathroom door upstairs would not close. Repair guy tried to fix it, but it still would never close. 4. The den was always much warmer than the rest of the house, not cooling properly. It would be hot in there, freezing in the master bedroom. 5. Door under main sink is broken. 6. Wine fridge is broken, would have been nice to use as we are wine drinkers. We enjoyed our stay, the house is very nice but for the amount of money we paid for a long overdue vacation we left there disappointed. These issues should be addressed and not left for the renters to navigate. We have stayed in this area many times. It is our first experience with Exclusive 30A and will be our last. Your company is great at taking the reservation, great at reminding me over and over about the reservation including the reminder of the "fine" we would pay if we did not check out by 10:00. Beyond that....BELOW AVERAGE.
