The location of this comfortable accommodation will allow you to stroll quietly in the 1.24 miles around the complex, additionally with quick access to the most important spots of the city, such as the airport, shopping malls and only at 874 yards from the Hard Rock Cafe. Feeling with energy? Don't think twice and make the most of the large gym inside the condominium.

The space
This apartment is decorated in a modern and minimalist style, its partial view to the mountains will make you get that longed-for moment of tranquility. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen, starting your day with a delicious Costa Rican coffee. And continue with a visit to the pool or a nice walk in the area. The property has a smart TV and streaming platform. On top of that, thanks to its terrace you can enjoy the sunsets from the comfort of the couch, this accommodation offers two bedrooms with large closets and perfect space for up to four people.

Guest access
You will be able to use the outdoor swimming pool and the gym by reserving them in advance with the condominium security, and if you come with your pet, do not hesitate to take them to the pet play area in the common courtyard. For your convenience you will find elevators in the building and a laundry space.

Other things to note
Due to sanitary measures, it is essential to reserve in advance the use of the swimming pool and gym, this can be done directly with the condominium security staff. For more security, there are active recording cameras in the hallways and surveillance is present 24 hours a day. Pets are welcome as long as they weigh less than 11 pounds and are accompanied by their owner at all times.

Nice Apartment

Apartment centrally located. Easy access to local shops and restaurants. Apartment was just as advertised. No AC but a cool breeze came in during the night for a pleasant sleep.

Condo was double booked and canceled

This condo was double booked and we got canceled. We received this notification after our plane has landed in Costa Rica leaving us with no place to stay. The Vrbo guarantee gave me no help at all. I was on the phone all night and finally had to get my own hotel. I was supposed to receive a phone call back the next day before 11 and did not. I had to find another accommodation on another application. We finally got a phone call two days later from customer support saying that they would send me an email with information and instructions on how to get reimbursed for the hotel and the price difference of the other accommodation. I have yet to receive this email. Too many promises, no action.

A+ Secure, Clean and Central to It All

The condo is new, next to a large grass field which was beautiful at dusk and dawn. The kitchen had the necessities and extras. The location is right off the main road and the neighborhood is very safe and close to the airport. Highly recommended

Thanks to its convenient location, the studio is perfect for medium and short stays. Uber & Didi eats arrive perfectly at the location. For a more pleasant experience, we suggest using Waze as your GPS navigation app. The main gate can be used with phone application (convenient for those coming with car).
