In Fourquevaux, we offer this charming 145 m² house for rent, which can accommodate up to 5 guests. It has a 25 m² living room (with fireplace), fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a 6-hectare garden. Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

- A 25 m² living room with sofa, armchair, TV, fireplace (wood not provided)
- A 40 m² dining area for enjoying a meal together
- Kitchen adjoining the dining room, equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.

- Master bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200), en-suite bathroom with bath, vanity unit and towel rail.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outside
- The 6-hectare garden is enclosed by a fence with a meadow area and overlooks the Lauragais hills
- A grassy area in front of the house with garden chairs and deckchairs to stretch out and enjoy the fine weather

The house is located in one of the most beautiful areas around Toulouse le Lauragais. You can take advantage of the grocery shop in the village and many local shops in nearby villages.

- The car and necessary it allows access to the many park and ride facilities and possibly take the metro to Toulouse
- The nearest train station is in Escalquens, 5 km away (about a 9-minute walk)

- The fireplace is functional, and the first flambé is provided at an additional cost of €70 per stere.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
