Charming two-story condo boasts direct ocean views from the main floor common areas. Comfortably furnished balcony offers seating and tables for outdoor living along with a spectacular beach view. Primary bedroom suite on second floor provides a king bed with daybed, TV and balcony as well as a large private bath with garden tub and enclosed shower. A second en suite bedroom is also located on the second floor with double and single beds.

MAIN (top) FLOOR: 1 QUEEN sleeper sofa, 1 half bath, kitchen, dining/living area opens out to balcony with direct view over beach and ocean.

SECOND (bottom) FLOOR: (2 bedrooms) 1 KING & 1 daybed with trundle, 1 DOUBLE & 1 SINGLE, 2 full baths. The primary bedroom suite has a king bed, daybed, TV, private balcony, garden tub and enclosed shower. The second bedroom has double and single beds with private bath.

AMENITIES: Flat screen cable TV-3, DVD/Blu-ray-1, wireless internet, microwave, dishwasher, range, Keurig and drip coffee makers, wet bar with ice maker, sleeper sofa (Q), washer/dryer, 2 covered balconies, shared elevator, private community swimming pool and whirl pool, outdoor on-site grills, covered parking.

ACCESSIBLE AMENITIES: Boardwalk access to 7 miles of soft sandy beach, lighted outdoor tennis & pickleball courts, scenic paths to walk, run and cycle, freshwater fishing lake and a tidal saltmarsh overlook. Gated resort is convenient to grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, galleries, golf courses.

HOUSEKEEPING / LINENS: All short-term stays include departure clean service, bed and bath linens, and beds made upon arrival. Linens and housekeeping service are additional costs for monthly stays.

LENGTH OF STAY: Saturday to Saturday in summer. Partial week stays may be considered for last minute bookings. Monthly winter rental inquiries are welcome.

The unit was perfect for us. The bedrooms were downstairs which was nice for privacy and light sleepers. The balcony looked over the water and there was enough couch space for us to sit comfortably. Nice parking areas and short walk to the beach. Pool and hot tub were close by and we enjoyed that too. We come to Litchfield beach every year but this was our first time in a condo. Not crowded in September.

A little dated

The property had a spectacular ocean view, but it was dated - tiny showers, tub did not run hot water, no WiFi downstairs, beds need new mattress. But it was worth it for the ocean view just yards away from the ocean.

Beachfront condo with amazing view

This two-level condo is perfect for a couple or a small family. Open the drapes in the living room to see the sun rise each morning. It has a well-equipped kitchen and large dining table. With direct access to the beach and ocean views from the top floor balcony, it’s the perfect beach property. Spacious living room with very comfortable sofas and chairs. The 2 1/2 bathrooms are convenient; however, the two showers are quite small.

Great view

Overall, this is a nice property. Great balcony to enjoy the views. Bed was comfy and the kitchen well outfitted. Our only complaints would be that the carpets needed cleaning, shower space was tight, and the large resident dog next door literally howled every time it needed to go out until the homeowner took it out.

The tame but naturalized landscape of signature Palmetto palms, native myrtles, seaside roses, cedars and hollies wends around a central fresh water fishing lake, sweeping green spaces and quintessential tidal creek.

Micro-communities of residential homes blend with townhomes and low to mid-rise condo complexes, each boasting their own architectural style, signature outdoor pool and water views.

Common areas offer residents and guests alike access to outdoor lighted tennis courts, fishing and crabbing piers on the lake and saltmarsh, winding walking and biking paths and private direct access to one of the finest beaches on the east coast.

Litchfield Beach is easily among the prettiest beaches in South Carolina. Bounded by low lying sand dunes and the blue-green ocean, the beach is characteristically wide with soft white sand and spans 7 miles from end to end.

It is also home to the only accredited zoo on the Carolina coast, where you will see rescued native animals in their natural habitats.

The Pawleys Island/Litchfield Beach area is known locally as the Waccamaw Neck. Pawleys Island, known for its “arrogantly shabby” character, encompasses Litchfield but has its own beach – and island – where it splits away from the south end of Litchfield Beach.
