Nestled in a private low-density tower with one unit per floor, this retreat promises tranquility and relaxation amidst the soothing sound of waves crashing against the shore.

Situated on the third floor, Seawind 300 offers unparalleled privacy and breathtaking views of the Gulf Coast. The Primary bedroom is a serene oasis featuring a comfortable King bed, a flat-screen TV for entertainment, balcony access for enjoying panoramic views, and a private bath adorned with a luxurious tub and separate shower.

The second bedroom boasts a Queen bed, a flat-screen TV, and its own private bath, ensuring comfort and convenience for guests. Meanwhile, the third bedroom provides another Queen-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, and a private bath, offering a cozy retreat for relaxation.

The spacious living room serves as the perfect gathering spot, complete with a flat-screen TV, a sofa sleeper for additional guests, and access to the large private balcony, where you can soak in the sun and savor the salty Gulf breeze.

Prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen, equipped with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, providing everything you need for culinary delights. Additionally, a utility room with a full-sized washer and dryer ensures convenience during your stay.

Stay connected and entertained with complimentary WiFi throughout the unit, allowing you to share your beach adventures with friends and family.

COMPLEX DETAILS & AMENITIES
Seawind is a welcoming beachfront complex, offering a range of excellent amenities for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. Guests can indulge in the unique indoor/outdoor swim-through pool, unwind in the hot tub, or have fun with the family in the zero-entry kiddie pool and splash pad. The complex also features a well-equipped fitness center for those who wish to stay active. For outdoor dining and socializing, there's a convenient grilling area.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

MONTHLY RENTALS
The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: November, December, January, and February. To get a quote on the monthly rental rates for this property, call our reservations team. Additional parking passes may be necessary for monthly rentals based on the length of stay and HOA requirements.

We live this property. We have stayed on several floors in this condo. I do wish they would update the master bath area and add bigger tvs but we loved it regardless. We will continue staying here as long as we can get in.

We only had a few issues, the first one was it wasn't communicated which building we were suppose to be in. We parked at the big building, had all of our stuff on carts, waited on an elevator for over 30 minutes to get on the elevator ONCE we got on there and rode up... and then found out from someone on the elevator that we were at the wrong building. The information emailed over only said "300" which we assumed it was room 300 but it wasn't clear on which building. One other thing was we weren't sure where to take the garbage, so we had to look in the parking lot, just think you should maybe add that into the information of where to find the dumpster Also, our last day we got up early to take showers but we couldn't because the water wouldn't work, it was barely coming out to where we could barely wash our hands. Other than those little things, the place was perfect! Perfect location, we loved the big balcony.

Beautiful location

The unit loctician to the beach was perfect. The balcony was huge. The layout was great. And truly accommodated my family of 7. Checkout was seemless. There was difficulty finding the actual unit. The parking garage had the address of the condo. And the actual building was a different number. It was only a 1 letter difference. But that made it frustrating especially with 3 elderly family members. The instructions weren't clear on when getting on the elevator putting that code in and when you get off you're the only one on that floor and you enter the door code there. That was a bit confusing at first. Then there was the issue with the parking and resort passes. They were not in the location they were stated to be. And after numerous calls on our arrival day, we were told to write a note and put it inside our cars so that security knew what was going on. It wasn't until the next day that the issue with the passes was resolved. The pull out sofa hasn't been thoroughly cleaned in a very long time. It smelled funny and the actual railings were sticky. Then there were no sheets or blankets provided for the pull out sofa. Overall my family enjoyed being together and enjoyed the beach. That was the most important thing. But i didn't think we will consider or refer this property in the future.

Fall Break

Booked a fall break trip for the entire family. The unit was spacious and comfortable for everyone. The location was excellent and within walking distance to most things that we wanted to do. Can’t wait for our next trip. Highly recommend this location and unit!

Nice location

Nice condo only a few problems no extra sheets or pillows for pull out couch, door nobe was about to fall off bathroom door and microwave was make a beeping sound and every 2 minutes with error code they new it did not work because they had another microwave on the counter?

Best beach vacation

We had the best vacation!Our family has never stayed in Gulf Shores until now. We loved it so much, we can’t wait to come back. Our condo was huge and the kids had tons of room. We enjoyed the pool and kiddie splash pad.

Great experience!

This was our second successful stay at Seawind 300. We love the condo as well as the location. The only issue we had was the dryer wouldn’t work when we washed our towels. We were promptly brought a whole new set of clean towels when I contacted the manager. We would definitely recommend this condo. It is exactly as advertised. 😊

Not worth the money

I took my wife , 3 kids and my mom. We couldn't check in until 1 hour and 45 minutes later than the time I was emailed which was 3. The TVs are outdated and small. The satellite went and and off and the TV aren't smart tv so couldn't watch anything else. The beds are old and uncomfortable. It's not a bad condo but for the price it should have been way nicer and updated. Good location and view of beach.

Spacious and clean

Loved being on the beach! Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds. Plenty of room to dine. More furniture on the balcony would be a nice touch.

Great place to spend several weeks on the Gulf of Mexico

Really great location, lots of room, great balcony overlooking the gulf. We could have used more balcony seating, and a couple more hand towels for the bathrooms though. The kitchen was missing a few necessary food preparation items, such as measuring cups and spoons, a dish drainer, and a 9X13 baking pan, but otherwise was fairly well stocked. However, other than these minor inconveniences, it was a really good place to stay, and we would definitely stay here qgain.

This is an awesome unit. We love staying here and Gulf Shores is very nice.

Great property! Beach awesome! Dish washer leaked, washer did not work correctly! But everything else was very enjoyable. I would look at replacing some of these appliances.

Loved the location

We loved this unit other than a few issues. The dish washer leaked, the washer errors and doesn’t finish a load and the dryer doesn’t dry items.

Spacious 3 bedroom 3 bath small condo unit

Loved this condo. Huge balcony and plenty of space. Almost a private elevator because there are only 5 floors in this unit. I would definitely stay there again.

family vacation at gulf shores

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. We did have to contact customer service and they replied promptly. The condo was spacious, clean and conveniently located. Our only complaints would be that the elevator was down one morning until noonish and the 3rd bedroom tv was black and white(?) It would have been nice to have some comfortable seating on the balcony. We were very happy with the condo for our beach vacation.

Family Vacation

Enjoyed every minute of our vacation. Love the property. This is our 2nd time to stay in this building of Seawind and love how much room we have. The only thing I wish they could fix would be to somehow make the pool and indoor pool warmer. It was so cold my little ones didn't want to get in, VERY COLD.

Great condo

We loved this condo was in the smaller building with private elevator. Very spacious for a family of 7. Loved the large balcony but would of been nice it it had patio furniture to accommodate all the guests (only had small table with seating for 4). Overall it was a very nice condo to spend a week.

I understand construction created less parking spaces, but if you rent the condos, you have to be able to provide parking. It was almost impossible to find a place at times and did not feel good about parking our vehicles like we had to most of the time.
