The first floor is warm and inviting with hardwood floors and a mix of textured interior materials - painted brick, exposed timber beams, shiplap walls - create a luxurious open-concept kitchen, dining, and living space. Down the hall are a laundry room and a guest bedroom with a king bed, flat-screen TV, and private bathroom.

In the kitchen, premium stainless-steel appliances, a gas range, double ovens, and a large island with seating for 4 are surrounded by crisp white cabinetry accented by natural light from 2 windows.
