Girls Trip

Took a girls trip to this area and it was perfect! Had an amazing time in the Watersound area. The place was perfectly located. Had an easy time communicating with the property manager and check in was a smooth process. It was a quiet neighborhood with very little people around. Super tranquil area! Enjoyed the trip and would come back again.

Perfect location with incredible view

Gorgeous views with easy access to the both pools and beach access! The property manager sends all the details you need for the property, but was also very helpful with any additional questions we had!

Watersound Delight

Of all the places to stay along 30A - this was a home run. Perfect beaches, luxurious Watersound community, tremendous atmosphere. Perfect for our family of 6 for our vacation. Would stay again!

Incredible Experience

My family had an incredible experience. The community was amazing and the condo was beautiful. The proximity to the beach and having a pool on the property, near our condo, made our stay truly memorable. We enjoyed the bikes and were able to bike to The Big Chill everyday. We were in a perfect location!

Fantastic Stay

This was the perfect place for our family!! Multiple pools available, not overcrowded (especially for peak season!) and beach access made this stay with our three year old and one year old enjoyable. Beautiful views from the porch (although porch door doesn’t lock, but let property manager know). The perfect space and an awesome community/location overall. Property management was very communicative and made the process pretty seamless. We will be back!

Beautiful condo- Amazing view!

Everything was incredible! The only complaint we had was the kitchen had a few missing things. Only dish cloth and no drying towel. Nothing to wipe counters with. We had to use a hand towel from the bathroom. No trash bags! we also had a bathroom fixture fall during the night. Other than tht it was a great stay!

Beautiful Watersound Beach Vacation with a few issues

This Watersound Community neighborhood is beautiful. Our condo was very nice although we did have a few issues.The residence could have been cleaner. The upstairs floor was very dirty and the table on the deck still had food on it and underneath it so we had to wipe the tables and sweep the upstairs floors ourselves. The master bathroom glass, shower door came out of the wall and the washing machine was full of sand and would not drain. Maintenance did come and fix those issues. The beach is a long walk from the condo. The distance from condo to beach needs to be included in the description of the property. In spite of these problems, the area is very pretty. The beach and the water are among the most beautiful you’ll find anywhere. We will definitely be back to the area but we want to be closer to the beach so we wouldn’t choose this particular condo again.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There were stains on the floor, marks on the wall, and the furniture didn’t work. The lighting was also very dismal. I raised this to the house managers and didn’t get much of a response.

Wish the walk to the beach was a little closer but having a wagon helped. Only complaint or more of a suggestion is to have two fob keys instead of just one.

Mom’s 75th bday trip

My sister and I brought our mom to FL to celebrate her 75th birthday and we had a wonderful time! The only thing that would have been better (but it is out of your control) would have been if the property was closer to the board walks to the beach. It was a bit of a long walk for our mom, but she did great and great memories were made!
