Welcome to our Lakeside Boat House. Located in the Oak Island Harbor Community, this villa is ideally situated to maximize the time you have to spend in Central Florida. This is one of the finer communities in the area and is a mere 10 minutes from Walt Disney World with popular restaurants and shops nearby as well. This home is on a quiet cul-de-sac with other upscale homes all with spacious lots, private pools and screened-in decks.

This 2-storey home has been beautifully remodeled throughout, to provide a calming and tranquil retreat for your stay. It's vaulted ceilings in the living area create a welcoming ambiance of light and space. There are two lounge areas, one is set up for reading and relaxing while the other is set up for watching television or a favorite movie. The newly fitted kitchen has plentiful white shaker style cabinets and sleek quartz countertops along with all new quality appliances. The main floor has wide plank oak flooring, with new modern white tiling to the kitchen and bathrooms.

On the main ground floor, you will find the huge master suite, which has a perfect view of the pool and lake beyond from the new pillow top King bed. The stunning master ensuite bathroom features both a walk-in shower with rain head, as well as a free standing soaker tub and a double bowl vanity, creating a "boutique-style" oasis of your own.

Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms, two with Queen beds (with new "pillow-top" mattresses ), and the remainder has twin bunks - tastefully decorated in the "Boat House" style, so great for either kids or adults. The family bathroom has also been remodeled, using the same high end materials throughout. The upper level is carpeted and the villa is well stocked with good quality linens and towels.

For added convenience, there is a half-bathroom on the main ground floor, and a yet another half bathroom out on the pool deck - both remodeled in the same modern style with matching high end materials and fittings. Leading to the garage is a dedicated laundry room, with brand new high capacity HE washer & dryer. Should you wish to park your vehicle in the shade, its not a problem with a power garage door opener.

The Living room, King and Queen bedrooms all have Flat screen TV's, and there is complimentary Wi-Fi internet throughout.

If you've had enough of sunning and splashing in the pool , you can try your hand at fishing in the lake. Afterwards, check out Margaritaville Resort & Sunset Walk that are just 1 mile away, with superb entertainment, dining & shopping, Movie theatre and the fantastic "H2O Live" water park. If a game of golf is on your mind, Orange Lakes Country Club, Mystic Dunes and Celebration are all just a stones throw away.
