Just had a great fortnight staying here with family. House was as described and the location was perfect for the parks, very quick to access the 192 and all the options that come with that. Pool was great with a lovely view over the lake and the area was nicely maintained. Communication with the host was great, we were provided all of the information we needed in a timely manner and check in to the villa when we arrived was really easy with the electronic lock (which also meant not having to worry about keeping hold of keys in the parks!).

This property is ideal for those seeking the comfort of the Florida sun but don’t seek to travel out to parks everyday. The pool and hot tub are very enjoyable while bird watching at lake. The neighborhood is great for walkers. Lots of restaurants close by on 192 and Walmart and Target within a few minutes drive. The property management company is excellent and very responsive. I recommend heating the pool.

Fantastic Villa!

The villa was perfect for us, we stayed for 2 weeks and had a great time. It was spacious and very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The bedroom and en-suite were very spacious and the rainfall shower was brilliant. We especially loved the outside area, the large pool was perfect and the views of the lake were spectacular. It’s in a great location and the host was very responsive to any queries we had, we’d love to come and stay again.

Fantastic location for this comfortable, safe and modern villa.

From the moment we arrived, we knew we’d enjoy our stay at this villa. The communication from the owner was perfect in advance of our stay too. The villa was so comfortable and clean and in a FANTASTIC location, every possible restaurant and main store you could think of were within a 10 minute drive and Disney World was only a few minutes longer. The villa has everything you could need and was so spacious, we even spent some nights just chilling in the villa as it was so relaxing. The neighbourhood felt safe too. Would defo recommend.

Great location

This location is great for two reasons, the proximity to 192 and the lake. We are not park people so we enjoyed the warm pool and jacuzzi and watching the birds and wildlife. Another bonus is the house is in a cull de sac so traffic is light. There are televisions in all rooms. The house met all of our needs and we look forward to returning. The management company was very responsive to any questions we had during our two month stay.
