Property was very nice. Starting to get a bit outdated. Pool area had a lot of weeds growing through the bricks. Air conditioning was set to a locked timer so it fluctuated through the day/night between 70-75 which isn’t ideal with young kids. Other than that, great location and the community pool area was great!

While the owner was great to work with, this home is dated and could use an overall refresh. Old carpet, furnishings, and beds. Some odd smells seem to have been covered over with febreeze type cleaner, leaving a residue on all the bed coverings.

Great space and location for our week in Orlando. Check-in and communication was quick and easy. Property is showing some age or wear and tear that could use some updating. Great value overall!

Fantastic stay

Very clean, and excellent location. We all enjoyed the lazy river and shared pool, as well as the private pool. Great family memories made :-)

Layout of house, rooms and facilities were excellent. Location to Disney parks was very easy. Very close to the club pool which was busy at weekends but still an enjoyable place to be.

Incredible!

We had an incredible stay! The townhouse was perfect. It was incredibly clean and had everything we needed. Having the pool made the mornings and evenings after visiting Disney all day just so nice and relaxing! We will definitely look to rent here again when we are back in Florida!

The home was very spacious and clean. We loved the small private pool for the evenings. The weather did not cooperate, so we did not get a chance to enjoy the larger resort pool. Our 2 teens each loved having their own room and TV! Thank you for a great weekend stay!

Summit D1 Cheer comp

My family and I stayed at this property for the D1 cheer Competition at ESPN. The location to the ESPN Center was perfect for us. This house made us feel very relaxed, lots of room! The pool was a big hit with my family!

Wondering

It was a great place to stay especially with the resort amenities, we had kids, parents, and grandparents. The upstairs with three bedrooms and the living space is great for the family. The downstairs was great for the grandparents

Communication prior to check in was great. After they never would respond.House is not luxury at all.Needs a deep clean, baseboards and wall, railing, windows are dirty.Showers, beds, counters are clean.We had a lot of trouble getting windows to align to lock. They were left unlocked and open, presumably to help dry the carpet which were crunchy from the process.Community pool was amazzzzing!We did not use tiny house pool.

Disney Vacation

This house was perfect for a group of four adults and five kids. It was a short 20 minute drive to Disney Springs and Magic Kingdom. On our day to relax we enjoyed going to the club house and playing in the water park and lazy river.

Birthday trip

My stay here was amazing. Our house was very quick to respond to any questions I had. We had no problems getting in the gate or checking in. The home was very beautiful with a private pool. There’s plenty of room in space for us and we definitely book the same home again.

This is definitely not the “Dream House” that was represented to us when we booked. Unfortunately, the property felt poorly maintained and under-equipped for a home that is advertised to accommodate up to 10 guests.There were weeds growing throughout the brick pavers surrounding the pool, and there were only two pool loungers, despite the home sleeping up to 10 people. The kitchen was also disappointing and poorly equipped. The pans were old and in poor condition; there were three woks but not even a basic frying pan, and the toaster was a tiny, inexpensive two-slice toaster that is completely inadequate for a house accommodating 10 guests.Several light bulbs throughout the home were burned out, and the pillows were old and extremely thin. The carpet had a noticeable mold-like smell and appeared to be in serious need of replacement.The bathrooms were also lacking basic functionality, with no shelving or hooks for storing personal items or hanging wet towels and bathing suits. The living room had a tiny TV mounted on an enormous, otherwise completely empty wall. Overall, the house had very minimal décor and furnishings, giving it the impression of a property that is simply being turned over from one group of guests to the next rather than a thoughtfully maintained vacation home.Parking was another issue. We had three cars but were provided only two parking spaces, despite the home accommodating up to 10 guests. I had to park on the street and subsequently received a to

Nice property for a Disney stay

Great place to stay for a Disney visit! Well-priced home with lots of space for a couple of families to share. Pool and backyard were lovely and the community amenities were awesome. The community pool said it was heated to 84 year round and there’s no way that is true, but we enjoyed the lazy river, hot tubs, lounge chairs and games! We also enjoyed the small pool at the home. We paid for heating and were glad we did. It was nice! The beds and furnishings were basic and not super plush but we all slept great and the home was VERY quiet! Much, much better than staying in a hotel!! The kitchen was very nice and the home was very clean. We enjoyed our stay and the property manager was helpful. It took us about 22-25min to drive to Epcot incase anyone needs a time gauge for that! I was thinking it was a bit closer

Overall it was an ok place for the price. The pictures are not updated as the pool has weeds growing through the bricks across the patio, the carpet upstairs was stained in areas, walls need a new coat of paint in some of the rooms due paint missing in areas or simply it being "2 toned" from house use. One of the beds was broke and half the slates were falling out the bottom. The upstairs bathroom slipping shower doors were all off the tracks and I had to put them back in. I contacted the host a few times and they said they would send someone to address the issues, but no one came or reached out to come. They only time they came was to fix a screen on the lania I told him about and to check and clean the pool. The community pool was nice, but know you can't take coolers with drinks, or snacks for you or your kids. you can only take in a few waters, but no juices or anything else. Property is in a good spot for Disney and there are multiple places to get groceries and other items, but about an hour away from Universal if that matters to you.

Great Choice Near Disney

We chose this property because of location, ammenities, and the simplicity of furnishings ( as we had 2 young grandchildren). We loved the place... exactly as advertised. The beds were really comfortable. The kitchen had almost everthing you need. The patio is quite private and gets the afternoon sun and looks out on a large pond. The clubhouse pool, small water park and lazy river were the hit with our young children. They keep the water at 84 all year round. They were great and let us check in early so the grandchildren could get their afternoon naps (else we all have a bad day!) I was very appreciative that they accomodated that. I think the place is about 20 minutes from Disney if traffic is moving well on US192. There are lots of restaurants nearby as well as large chain stores and shopping. If you rent the condo a few small tips: - you might want to bring a sharp knife, a can opener ( the 2 there did not work well) - we also rented the bar b que, which they arrange from another company, we got the 2 burner...don't get a bigger one as it was a rinky dinky uneven heat thing. It is good choice.

Awesome condo with great location!

My family of 4 stayed at this house this past week and it was amazing! Great amount of space and we even had enough room for my in-laws to stay a couple days with us. I loved how they had their own bedroom downstairs with their own bath. My husband and I were upstairs with the kids. The pool was great and even had a half bath outside so you didn’t have to go inside from the pool area. The condo was very clean and I felt like I was at home. Very short walk to the clubhouse which was absolutely perfect for my toddlers. We went there everyday and they never got sick of it! The owner was also very responsive with any of my questions. Also, I loved how we had a view of the large pond behind us. Even though this was a condo I couldn’t tell, we never heard any of our neighbors. I could go on and on. Definitely want to book this again for next year!! 5 star! I never want to stay in a hotel again!

Great vacation home

The parking space is a bit tight, but mostly manageable. It is a great place for family and the property manager is really helpful and nice.

Great Property

This property is everything it claims to be. It’s very spacious and comfortable. There is no shortage of entertainment to participate in. The beds are very comfortable. Everyone slept very well. The community is really nice, clean,and quiet. It is very important to place the garbage exactly how they tell you to store it- we had an episode where the raccoons got into the garbage and made a mess. The property managers were very attentive to our needs and were readily available at all times. The lazy river was very relaxing. The property is very close to Disney, restaurants, retail shopping, and everything else. I’d definitely stay here again.
