GATED LUXURY CONDO IN RITZ POINTE COMMUNITY, FREE COVERED PARKING, FREE WIFI, 2 KING BEDS, 2 BATHS, NICE VIEWS, 1 MILE TO BEACH! Go up the stairs to a light, bright, and modern condo. Heated pool and 3 hot tubs, 1 with an ocean view. The condo has 3 TVs, fireplace, and a full-size laundry room. Living room sofa also converts to a queen bed. It borders the Monarch Golf Course which overlooks the ocean and Salt Creek Beach. Walk to the beach on a 1-mile paved sidewalk through the golf course. Next to the Waldorf Astoria Resort and down the street from the Ritz Carlton Resort.

Located on the top floor - this beautiful and quiet condo is all one level once inside. Camera located outside front door for your added security. Front patio has peek-a-boo ocean views. It has everything you need for an enjoyable stay including free WIFI,
and Cox Basic Cable (regular channels and sports). Kitchen is filled with supplies and cookware, you only need to supply the food from one of the many grocery stores nearby. Premium hotel quality sheets, towels, blankets, and pillows. Master bath has large walk-in shower, and guest bath has shower/tub combo. Enjoy the remote controlled gas fireplace in the evenings. Air conditioning and heating controls located in hallway. Patio has sofa, bistro table, large gas grill, and nice views. Beach towels, chairs, and umbrella provided.

Dana Point is filled with wonderful shops, restaurants, trails, and beaches. The Dana Point Harbor offers fishing trips, parasailing, and whale/dolphin watching cruises among other things. You can also take a 5-minute drive to Laguna Beach with its many art museums and beach shops. Come and enjoy one of the most beautiful spots in Southern California.

Teresa was a very gracious host. The condo was well appointed with everything to make our stay comfortable. It truly was our home away from home during our stay in Dana Point. We look forward to returning.

Clean condo surrounded by trees

We stayed at Teresa’s condo for a month: 3rd floor with trees near deck, airy with many windows, decorated in beach with good taste, also equipped with anything you need! Teresa was also very prompt to communicate with us. Such a nice VRBO!

Two weeks at the beach

The property was great. Clean, comfortable upstairs unit in upscale gated community. Multiple jacuzzis and pool near the unit. Centrally located to beach cities of San Clemente, Dana Point and Laguna. Great walking/e-bike trail to Salt Creek beach. If you want easy access to some of Southern California’s best beaches and beach cities, this is a property to consider. We would certainly stay here again. Because the unit is on the third level of the complex with stairs only access, it may not be ideal for guests with difficulty climbing stairs.

Fabulous month in Dana Point

The condo was the perfect spot to spend a month at Dana Point. The condo is perfectly decorated and comes equipped with everything you could possibly need. The outdoor space offers lovely views and a comfortable space for a cup of coffee or glass of wine. The walk to the beach was delightful.

Wonderful condo in Dana Point

My husband, myself and 6 month old all loved this condo! We enjoyed taking walks to the beach straight from the condo every morning. Very well taken care of condo and had everything you needed. We can’t wait to come back!

Don't pass this up!

We had a wonderful month at the beach in the cleanest and nicest condo we’ve rented through VRBO. It's as beautiful as the pictures! We loved the ocean breezes and our daily walks to the beach. We highly recommend this condo for it’s cleanliness and proximity to beautiful beaches, nice restaurants and hiking trails. Teresa was very available and responsive to every question or request. Ritz Pointe is a well-maintained neighborhood and very quiet. We highly recommend you stay here!

Truly the “stairway to heaven”

Without a doubt, we found this Ritz Pointe condo to be the most comfortable, convenient, well appointed, we have ever rented. The furnishings were of a very good quality and relaxing. Communication with the property manager was exceptional. We had no issues but Cynthia answered everything question within minutes. The Ritz Pointe community is very well maintained and very quiet considering the number of units. We found it easy and convenient to get anywhere in Dana Point, and the surrounding communities. We were sad to leave but already booked for next summer. Highly recommended!

Shelter in place vacation

This is such a lovely spot! We had great plans for our stay before Covid-19 hit. Then all plans changed. It was a great place to be locked in though. We woke to views of Saddleback Mountain, checked the incoming weather over the ocean and then decided what to do with our day. Highlight was a long walk through the gorgeous neighborhood. Other than an occasional wave to a neighbor we were pretty much alone to enjoy the beautiful gardens. The house itself with its views and skylight is bright and cheery. Altogether a great place to stay.

This property is a vacation home, and not simply a rental property. When we stay here or have guests stay here like yourself, we want you to feel really special. We specifically chose this city, community, and unit for the location, views, and quiet surroundings. All furnishings, colors, and items were picked out with care. Our wonderful cleaning staff does an amazing job of getting it ready for each and every new visitor. As owners, we stay here often and inspect everything to keep it fresh and feeling brand new.
