Great Home

Two adults and four teens. Great house with plenty of room. Loved the bikes and golf cart. Super convenient to the grocery and only 10 min to the beach on the bike trail or by cart. Definitely would stay here again.

House was amazing so clean and beautiful! I’m such a picky person and this place was above my expectation!!! Big home with lots of space they had beach chairs! Bring your own beach towels. They had everything and publix is so close. We will book again here! Thank you for the wonderful memories

Lovely home in Naturewalk

We had a terrific visit to Pines and Palmettos in Naturewalk. Everything about the stay was wonderful. The house is very comfortable with lots of space and amenities. The house is beautifully decorated and laid out very nicely for a family visit. The porches were very nice and a real bonus. We really appreciated the availability of a golf cart for use as it made getting to the beach very easy.

Amazing last minute trip!

Our original spring break plans changed very last minute so our family needed to pivot. After pouring over what seemed like dozens of listings online, I found this gem & knew immediately it was *the* place for us! Gorgeous, well-appointed home, super convenient location. Bikes & golf cart were a welcome bonus. Our family enjoyed the proximity to Seaside & Watercolor. It was our first time staying so close to 30A and I know we'll never stay anywhere else. Loved every minute of our week.

Incredible vacation home

I recently was lucky enough to stay at this amazing house/home for the week of Sept 9-18. Tucked away in a beautiful neighborhood on a nature preserve with walking/running trails, clubhouse with 2 pools and pickleball courts. I was blown away upon entering the front door with how large the house is with high ceilings, beautiful furnishings/interior styling and high end wood craftsmanship. I was in awe! It truly makes you feel warm and cozy. The kitchen is amazing and loved having the screened in porch off the back of it and 2nd living area for our breakfasts. It was also so nice having another screened in porch upstairs on the front of my bedroom. The golf cart was perfect for going to the beach, restaurants and shopping. This property was the nicest I've ever stayed in and made me feel like I was at home. I can't wait to go back!

Magic in the sun!

Ok, I know we all hear a lot of places are “magical,” but when I say that…I mean it! This place was like something you see in movies! I cannot being to express how when you walk through those doors, you KNOW you're on vacation in paradise! From every little detail, to everything you can ever need or want provided for you! It was the one vacation in a very long time that I actually felt like I was transported to another place. I haven't even gone into the fact you are in one of the most gorgeous neighborhoods with side by side pools, golf cart community where everyone is friendly and only minutes from nightlife and the most beautiful white sand beaches with crystal clear warm waters!! I simply cannot say enough about this amazing oasis! If you haven't booked yet..what are you waiting for?! Do it now! It will definitely not disappoint. I for one, will absolutely be back again. I'm already counting down the days!

This was our first experience at Nature Walk and it could not have been better. The home was immaculate and had everything we could have needed. There was one small hiccup with no bikes on arrival, but property management emailed back within minutes and the bikes arrived the next day. The golf cart was perfect for our needs. Would definitely return!

Amazing Rental

Eric's place was AMAZING!! Everyone adored the home. Our favorite spot was the porch, having coffee and enjoying the beautiful views. Great walking paths located all along the neighborhood. Great location and within driving distance to the beach, shopping, restaurants, etc. via golf cart. Eric was very helpful along the way, giving us suggestions of great restaurants and must do & see in Seaside. Thanks for having us, Eric we will be back!!!

Pines and Palmettos you did not disappoint! Had a wonderful week having coffee on the front porch swing every morning and wine on the back porch every evening! The house inside is decorated beautifully with all Seagrove touches! It was spacious for our party of 8 and everyone slept very comfortable. The golf cart was a plus to hit the local grocery store, restaurants shopping and of course the beach! Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get away and stay in the 30a area!

Stop looking and book this house. You will be very pleased you did. Kudos to the cleaning crew, it was spotless upon our arrival. Every room is beautifully decorated, comfortable and cozy. The kitchen is well stocked if you plan to cook. The use of the golf cart and bikes made travel much more convenient.

This is a beautiful property. The southern balconies are so relaxing and enjoyable! The home is beautifully decorated as well. The private neighborhood pools were lovely and easy to access. Having a golf cart and bikes added a tremendous enjoyment to seeing and experiencing the area! I hope to stay here again!

Just what was needed!

The house was perfect for a girl's trip (or a family)! So spacious and well laid out. It was super clean and comfortable. I am already looking forward to my next trip. I think that we spend as much time on the porches as we did inside. If you are looking for a Seaside rental, this is the one!

Stayed for a week and did want to leave. This place is so cute , comfortable & the decor is a 10. Beds where so comfortable. WiFi was great. Awesome golf cart to take you anywhere you need to go. Easy to get to beach & park. Grocery store around the corner. Pool is walking distance. Quite neighborhood. Would highly recommend. Can't wait to go back. Thank you for a great place!!

Spent the last week at this beautiful house on a girl's trip. It couldn't have been better! The house is beautifully decorated with all the comforts of home. The porches, the inside seating areas and the bedrooms are all very comfortable. The neighborhood has beautiful walking trails with exercise stations. The location is perfect and the golf cart will get you anywhere you need to go. The beach is a short mile away and the grocery store is right around the corner. I had to work a few mornings and the WIFI connection was great with no issues. I would highly recommend this house as a perfect getaway!

Gorgeous Home and Neighborhood

We stayed for Spring Break. Three couples and two teenage boys. The house is beautiful and very well thought out. We cooked at the house several evenings and every possible thing we would need was there. The porches are awesome and very peaceful. We all loved the neighborhood and enjoyed long walks and runs. I had never stayed in Nature Walk and am glad we took the chance. The pool is great and we throughly enjoyed the house and location. It is a good twenty minute walk to the beach. I didn’t mind the walk but better on a bike. My husband used the golf cart to get to the beach so he could pack up beach gear. The property manager was very helpful and responded immediately when the house alarm needed bypassed. Highly recommend the property.

This was our 4th year of vacationing in Santa Rosa area. This has been by far my most favorite house to stay at for the week. Everything about this house is perfect. Normally some of the houses to rent are lacking items in the kitchen... not this house. It has everything you would need. It is beyond clean and the decor is amazing. The golf cart that is included made our trip even more fun to ride back and forth from the beach, pool, and grocery store. Would definitely recommend this house, you won't be disappointed!!

I cannot stress enough, how great this house/property was. My family of 12 traveled from Ohio to realize our Airbnb had been double booked and we had nowhere else to stay. Somehow we got lucky enough that this house was available. It ended up being even better than our Airbnb. It instantly felt like home and was immaculate. Needless to say, we can't wait to book this house again! The host was fantastic!
