Lakefront house with large deck, private boat dock, and covered outdoor games!

Enjoy your stay in this private home with a large multi-level deck and a dock with a boat slip. This house is located in a calm water cove in the Gravois Arm of Lake of the Ozarks. It is a great place to relax, fish, swim, and float.
The lower level of the house has two queen size beds. There are two bathrooms with showers and a laundry area with a washer and dryer.
Walk up to the top deck to a small outdoor sitting area with a grill and view of the lake. Once inside, enjoy the open concept kitchen and living area, a ½ bath, and a lofted area with two full size beds. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking and dining. The dining room table has seating for four.
The large outdoor space includes a grassy side yard, fire pit area, a covered horse shoe pit and corn hole. Next to the house is a game garage with everything you need to play pickle ball and ping pong.

Great swimming and paddling!

Lake house is super clean and cozy, they supplied everything needed for a great stay! Gravois Mills is a pretty little town with good restaurants and great access. The grounds here were wonderful! A safe clean cove for swimming, kayaking, floating and fishing! Our granddaughter and family dog loved our stay here!

The outdoor space was perfect for our family. The property host was staying at their other property next door. They went above and beyond to be hospitable and accommodating for us. Thank you for a great weekend on the lake!

Great family spot!

Our family had a great time and the house was perfect. Located in a quiet inlet so the kids played and fished around the dock all day. Great location to get to boat gas, dinner spots on the water and just about everything else. We will book again!

Great location

We enjoyed the dock, kayaks, lily pad and docking our rental overnight. The house was well stocked, nicely decorated and well air conditioned.

Great place to enjoy the lake! Big dock. Kayaks. Grille. Beautiful deck areas! Plenty of activities for kids. Perfect for a lake day!

Fantastic

This property was Amazing! Family get away with our dog, this was the perfect spot. Nice quiet cove with fantastic fishing. The hostess was amazing as well, anything we needed…very accommodating. We are looking forward to next year.

Spacious outdoor space, dock and quiet cove

This house was a fun place to stay with my family for our vacation at the lake. We enjoyed the dock and how peaceful the cove was. The property owner had canoes on the dock that you could use, we played with them and paddled around the cove. There were plenty of towels and the house was clean. There were a lot of stairs to climb but overall, the property was a fun and relaxing place to stay.

Lovely Stay

We had a great time here. We brought our two young kids (3 & 5), and our two dogs. We spent our time fishing and swimming off the dock. The outdoor area was great. We used the grill and fire pit. The dock was at the end of a cove, so it was quiet and perfect for us. The communication with the owners was easy, and they were very accommodating. We used the kayaks they provided, and a friendly neighbor lent us a paddleboat to use for the weekend. We would love to come back next year.

Fishing HQ

Having a private house with a private dock to land your boat was way better experience then jammed up in a small condo.. plenty of decks covered area with horse shoe pit. Very quite cove can swim without being beat up by boats. Great Fishing, catfish were everywhere as well as an abundance of water fowl wildlife. Not far from Laurie MO, for any shopping or restaurants. Owners where responsive to questions and concerns. Also a beautiful Catholic Shrine at St. Patrick’s parish worth a quick visit! Neighbors are extremely pleasant and helpful too! Would be a great rental for the big bass bash tournaments if anyone looking for lodging in October or April that fishes this side of the lake. Definitely look forward to my next trip!

Very cute property. Very unsure of floor that leads to crawl space. Heel went through wood several times. Ladders were very challenging, especially one going to loft Seemed to have a week stair. Also, landing outside needs work. Weak boards. If you fix these things, it would be safer.

Great, quiet place to stay!

This is a great property that has an absolutely amazing & wonderful outdoor space! Very spacious and shaded deck(s) for relaxing and eating and the grill down there was a great bonus. The dock with the ladder was great for water activities and since it is on an arm of the lake with very little boat traffic and it's in a no wake zone, we didn't have to worry about boats or jet skis buzzing by. The house was clean & cozy. The only thing I wish is that there was a keypad/electronic lock on the door on the upper level (there is one on the lower level door already). I slept on the lower level & the kids slept in the upper level; in the mornings when I'd get up before the kids instead of being able to go out the lower level door, up the patio steps and unlock the main level door from the outside, I'd have to climb the ladder/steps that were in the house, which I wasn't wild about since I have a semi-bum knee. But that is literally the only thing I would change about the property. Kitchen was well stocked with quality pots, pans & skillets, which we appreciated. Plenty of towels were provided. Check in/out was very easy & the owners were very friendly & had great communication. Overall, a wonderful property & place to stay for a nice, relaxing Ozarks stay!

Perfect Quiet Location

This was our second stay at this property. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the interior had been updated since our last stay. The 2 full and 1 half bathrooms were very handy after a long day on the lake. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of cookware and dishes. The ice machine was definitely a hit! The best part was definitely the outdoor area. There is an expansive deck with plenty of seating spaces and grills on two levels. We took full advantage of the cornhole, ping pong, and pickle ball available. Most of our time was spent on the dock which provides plenty of space for fishing, lounging, and areas for coolers and floatation devices. The owners had also added 2 kayaks and a floating mat since our last stay. The host was very responsive to questions and had hospitality that tops most other stays we have had. They really know how to make guests feel at home. Bring your food and your life jackets and you're good to go. We will definitely book this property for our next lake trip!

End of summer break

This was a quiet cove great for floating, paddle boarding and feeding the fish. The neighbors were so kind and welcoming. Our group of 7 fit great. The owner was easy to work with and responded quickly if you had questions. The house was clean.

Great family lake experience!

The house is cozy but nice. Plenty of room for the five of us and dog. We enjoyed the separate lower unit and upstairs spaces. It gave the parents and kids their own space to hang in the evenings. The sprawling deck space, indoor/outdoor games are awesome. It is also located near the end of a cove that felt secluded and quiet. The family swam every day from the two docks. We rented a boat and enjoyed being able to dock it and spend days on the lake. All in all it is a great location at the lake and we had a fantastic time!

Great Outdoor Space

Pros: The outdoor space was amazing. There was endless deck space, plenty of seating areas, and lots to do. While there, the kids played ping pong many times, and our whole family enjoyed the cornhole and horseshoe area. The dock was expansive and we had plenty of room to spread out and fish, swim, and use our kayaks. There were two ladders to get into and out of the water. The covered areas allowed us to enjoy being outside even during light rain. The property is set on a quiet cove with quiet neighbors who take great care of their properties. It is all a no wake area, which made it safe for our children to swim and kayak without worry. Indoors, the kitchen had plenty of cookware as well as dishes. There was even a fun ice machine that made great ice for drinks. We were provided with more than enough towels. And, the check out procedure was easy to follow. Cons: the listing did not make it clear that the lower level was completely separate from the rest of the house. In order to access that area, we had to go outside the door of the main level, down the stairs to the garage/road level, and down more steps to the lower level entry. Had our kids been younger, it would not have worked for us to be completely cut off from them at night. Additionally, the bathroom layout was odd. On the main level, there was a room with just a toilet. In order to wash our hands, we had to use the kitchen sink. On the lower level, there are two separate rooms with showers, but the toilet is in one room and the sink in the other. The showers themselves are rather small. The bathroom with the sink/vanity did not have any outlets. Overall: the proximity to the lake and the expansive outdoor area make the awkwardness inside worth dealing with. We spent most of our time outdoors and truly enjoyed the beautiful area.

Relaxing!!

This is a very peaceful place. Just what we were looking for. Just know that you should be pretty fit to stay in this house, as there are a lot of steps!

Compact property with great views.

The views were gorgeous with a tremendous deck in a quiet potion of the lake away from tourist and parties. Good for small families.
