This was very nice place to stay in plenty of room not to mention walkable to club house which was very nice also will stay again for sure.

The location was great! The house layout was great for 2 families upstairs and grandparents downstairs. We each had our own wing. The host was very responsive, helpful and friendly. We would stay again

Beautiful property

Beautiful property, check in was a breezy, the location was perfect. Only complaints would be no light in the bathroom for our entire stay, 72 is hot to sleep in and the ice maker made very little ice because the filter hadn’t been replaced.

Family stay as avery 5 Years!

Third time on a row starting at 40, 45 and now 50 Years of marriage we joined as a growing Family together in Orlando, Bradenton and now in Orlando again. The stay was great, altough this time the Mattresses formed an issue as worn out mattresses in most beds. A pity on a majestic Stay!

Very enjoyable time

Had a very enjoyable time at this VRBO. Everything was as described in the write up. Lots of room for large groups. Very clean and organized. The added kids room and dishes was a huge bonus as well. Only con was the pool did take a while to warm up from when we asked to have the heat turn on. Otherwise, no complaints. Definitely recommend

Air didn't work for 3 days couldn't communicate it until day 2 which sucked because we had to be up by 430am but couldn't get sleep until after 1am because the parties outside which would of been fine but we had to have the windows open. It sounded like the owners husband was trying to blame us after he pretty much insulted us to our face then the hot tub drained completely into pool so it got to deep for youngest to swim they fixed both problems but then the wifi had an outage which ment no phone connection or TV so we just went to bed. The only day everything worked was the day we were packing to leave at 130am. Not to mention all the trash we found under upstairs couch paper plates a few paper bowl one that was full of dry cereal and after all that they made absolutely no reimbursement offer or a future discount of any kind no nothing to make this experience worth the 2000 plus dollars i paid. Just a have a good trip home. This was the worst experience I've ever had at any bnb hotel or motel.

Great place for a family get together

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Be aware that the houses are very close to each other and all the pools are close to each other so you will have close contact with neighbors and the noise that comes with that. Kitchen was fully equipped, the house only had enough towels for one person each (there were 8 of us) and 3 kitchen towels. Also only one extra roll of TP and no laundry detergent or dishwasher detergent. We also had just one roll of paper towels and 3 trash bags. Not sure if this was normal or a housekeeping issue, but we had to go out and purchase all of this (we stayed for a week so would definitely need fresh towels!). Luckily some family was from Florida and drove, so they were able to take the extras home with them. We were able to walk to the pool area with a lazy river which was great. We went to Universal Studios, it took us about a half hour to get there. If you have kids and a large group, I do recommend this house or the area in general.

For a house being as new as it was, the furnishings were very cheap and dirty. The living room chair arm rests were stained dirty. It just gave you the feel the whole place wasn’t clean and you didn’t want to get comfortable. From the very beginning the code to the door we were given didn’t work. The manager said they were having problems and gave me another one. After a 12 hr drive we were exhausted getting there otherwise i would have took the time to take pics of the damage i saw. I was under the impression that these people would have done a thorough inspection before we checked in. The thermostat cover was broken off the wall, the pool fence if that’s what you want to call it, cheap mesh looking thing was broke. We didn’t pay to have the pool heated because we knew we wouldn’t use it. After checkout I get an email that a claim was put on the insurance for towels and broken pool gate. 2 towels were used to clean up a spill in the kitchen and came out clean in the washer. I’m most aggravated about the pool gate, I stressed to the manager that we didn’t use the pool and the gate was like that. She said she would check back with the pool cleaner and ask them, and it’s been radio silence since. It’s a shame these people take advantage of the insurance to fix things that were broken prior to me even being there. I would never rent from these people again and probably will not use Vrbo if they let this claim go through.

Very poor communication. House is very rough.The evening prior to check-in I messaged asking for check-in details as I had not heard anything. I received a message the next morning that we will receive the check-in details shortly. We arrived at the community about 8 hours later and still had not received any details. The security at the community gates let us in based on our booking and we arrived at the house. We had to message again asking for the check-in details and how to get into the house. After a brief wait (about 10 minutes), we were sent the door code. Once inside the lack of detail continued. No instructions at all. No wifi information - had to message and request. No details about where to put garbage (only knew from previously staying in the same community but different house).Not to be heard from again - Nothing.The house is spacious with lots of bedrooms but very beat up. Basically all corners are bashed. The cloth furniture is very dirty. Carpet is worn out and has weird area rugs over the carpet. Most of the area rugs are curling at the edges and are tripping hazards. The master bathroom shower has mold and the floor tiles are cracked and loose. Thermostat is behind a locked box. The patio doors don't lock properly. Pool was not heated as requested in original booking.With so many houses to choose from - We would NEVER choose this house or this Host - Florida Beautiful Homes again!

This home is beautiful and as advertised. Very large and accommodated our entire family. Only hiccup was a miscommunication during check in. I would stay here again.

Just as advertised, comfortable and plenty of space.

Our family had a nice short trip. Enjoyed the neighborhood water park/lazy river and mini golf (though there is a fee for mini golf, which was disappointing). Kids enjoyed the game room. Would definitely stay again. Although property is close to Disney, it takes about 20-25 mins at all times given the roundabout way you have to leave the neighborhood.

ANTS!

I’m not one to typically post a negative review. However, our experience needs to be shared. When searching for a property for our group to spend our yearly family vacation, I was impressed by the immediate response time from the host and booked shortly after. A few days before our arrival I emailed asking for an early check-in with no response. This continued as the days/hours got closer with no response to more emails and phone calls. When we arrived the house appeared clean and spacious. Shortly after our arrival, we discovered the ant problem in the bathrooms. In one of the upstairs master bedrooms, the fresh towels were full of ants - all towels were immediately washed (laundry detergent not provided). In the morning, we woke up to ants on toothbrushes, in our toothpaste, and all over the floors. The property owner was emailed immediately with no response. Each day we had to spray the bathrooms with ant poison which helped but didn’t eliminate the problem completely. The day before our departure, we received an email saying that they would send someone out immediately to take care of the ant problem. Later that evening when we returned home from a long day at the amusement parks, the ants were worse than before. In clothes, in the carpets, etc.

Sorry about the inconvenience during raining season sometimes the ants get out of control but like we informed you we had the house treated with different ant solutions weekly during any season and everytime we went to check we found No ants . Maybe someone was eating upstairs . A 2 star is very unjust for this beautiful home . You did not even mention how beautiful and well Maintained the home is . Regards Mary

Great with a few issues

So when we first arrived we were all very impressed it was neat and tidy and ease of entry. However, we did have an ant problem. Which I can overlook because I lived in Florida and that's kind of a thing but my friend who didn't were not impressed. There were scuff marks on the walls going upstairs and in a few other places. The little hook in the downstairs bath was broken and it appeared that someone tried to fix it with toilet paper. Also the shade in the living room was not working right either so we just used the entrance in the dining room for the pool. The last day and a half we were there the neighbors to the back were so noisy ( loud music playing from 8am to 2am. not even kidding) it was really uncomfortable because we had babies. I realize this is not your fault but just wanted to make a note of it. My children truly enjoyed the pool, which they were in constantly. The space was large enough to host my group and having the laundry available was a lifesaver for those that had babies. Overall the property was great. Would recommend to someone if they asked as I felt the community was clean and safe as well.
