DESCRIPTION -
WELCOME to the Pearadise Palms in Storey Lake Resort! This SUPER CUTE Family-Friendly Vacation Villa is located very close to all of the major theme parks in the area! It is 4 Miles from Disney World, 12 miles from Universal Studios, and 8 miles from SeaWorld. There are 6 THEMED bedrooms with classy modern decor and FUN SPACES FOR KIDS. THREE bedrooms have King Beds and one has a TRIPLE BUNK BED with FULL mattresses! The floor plan is perfect for multiple families to share the home as there are two masters with ensuite bathrooms on the upper level and a bedroom and bathroom on the main floor for anyone who may have difficulty with stairs. There are 2 living room spaces that each have 65” Smart HD TVs. Four of the bedrooms have 50” Smart HD TVS as well. The villa comes with a Pack N’ Play and High Chair for your convenience. The kitchen has a table with seating for 10, 4 barstools at the island and room for more on the pool patio table as well!

This brand new phase of Storey Lake backs up to a nature preserve which allows visitors to enjoy peace and quiet and observe wildlife! There is also a park with playground equipment, a picnic table and a grassy area directly across the street from the front door. In addition to all of the resort amenities offered at the Storey Lake Clubhouse, this villa also includes a PRIVATE Screened-In SOUTH-FACING POOL/SPA with a Grill, Patio Table and Benches and Lounge Chairs and a child safety fence. There is also A Game Room that includes a Foosball Table and Ping-Pong Table. This villa also offers FREE WIFI, CABLE and Phone Service for Local and Long Distance Calls.

Storey Lake is a 24/7 Guard-Gated Community with Resort Amenities with a clubhouse that includes a Lazy River, Kids Splash Zone, Adult Quiet Pool, Jacuzzi, Full Restaurant/Bar, Kayak Rentals, Mini Golf, Sport Court, Fitness Center and Concierge. Access to the Clubhouse is included with your stay.

Please Note that this home is Non-Smoking. No Smoking is allowed in patio areas or on the front porch as smoke lingers inside the home and we want to keep the house as new as possible and pleasant for every guest. There is a park directly in front of the home that is perfect for smokers.
Please Note that only 2 mid-size cars fit on the driveway or one van and one car. Storey Lake does not allow parking in the street and will tow vehicles at owner expense. There are, however, additional parking spaces available very close to the home which are limited to 2 additional cars.

Pool heating is optional and available for an additional charge during winter months.
Use of the grill is available at a minimal additional charge during your stay to cover grill cleaning and propane use.
POOL Heat is $40 a day with min stay. Small stays 3 day min and longer stays 1-week min. Gas Grill rental is $65 of the entire stay and we include one gas tank.

Beautiful property

Beautiful property, check in was a breezy, the location was perfect. Only complaints would be no light in the bathroom for our entire stay, 72 is hot to sleep in and the ice maker made very little ice because the filter hadn’t been replaced.

Very poor communication. House is very rough.The evening prior to check-in I messaged asking for check-in details as I had not heard anything. I received a message the next morning that we will receive the check-in details shortly. We arrived at the community about 8 hours later and still had not received any details. The security at the community gates let us in based on our booking and we arrived at the house. We had to message again asking for the check-in details and how to get into the house. After a brief wait (about 10 minutes), we were sent the door code. Once inside the lack of detail continued. No instructions at all. No wifi information - had to message and request. No details about where to put garbage (only knew from previously staying in the same community but different house).Not to be heard from again - Nothing.The house is spacious with lots of bedrooms but very beat up. Basically all corners are bashed. The cloth furniture is very dirty. Carpet is worn out and has weird area rugs over the carpet. Most of the area rugs are curling at the edges and are tripping hazards. The master bathroom shower has mold and the floor tiles are cracked and loose. Thermostat is behind a locked box. The patio doors don't lock properly. Pool was not heated as requested in original booking.With so many houses to choose from - We would NEVER choose this house or this Host - Florida Beautiful Homes again!

Family stay as avery 5 Years!

Third time on a row starting at 40, 45 and now 50 Years of marriage we joined as a growing Family together in Orlando, Bradenton and now in Orlando again. The stay was great, altough this time the Mattresses formed an issue as worn out mattresses in most beds. A pity on a majestic Stay!

Very enjoyable time

Had a very enjoyable time at this VRBO. Everything was as described in the write up. Lots of room for large groups. Very clean and organized. The added kids room and dishes was a huge bonus as well. Only con was the pool did take a while to warm up from when we asked to have the heat turn on. Otherwise, no complaints. Definitely recommend

Great place for a family get together

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Be aware that the houses are very close to each other and all the pools are close to each other so you will have close contact with neighbors and the noise that comes with that. Kitchen was fully equipped, the house only had enough towels for one person each (there were 8 of us) and 3 kitchen towels. Also only one extra roll of TP and no laundry detergent or dishwasher detergent. We also had just one roll of paper towels and 3 trash bags. Not sure if this was normal or a housekeeping issue, but we had to go out and purchase all of this (we stayed for a week so would definitely need fresh towels!). Luckily some family was from Florida and drove, so they were able to take the extras home with them. We were able to walk to the pool area with a lazy river which was great. We went to Universal Studios, it took us about a half hour to get there. If you have kids and a large group, I do recommend this house or the area in general.

This home is beautiful and as advertised. Very large and accommodated our entire family. Only hiccup was a miscommunication during check in. I would stay here again.

Just as advertised, comfortable and plenty of space.

Our family had a nice short trip. Enjoyed the neighborhood water park/lazy river and mini golf (though there is a fee for mini golf, which was disappointing). Kids enjoyed the game room. Would definitely stay again. Although property is close to Disney, it takes about 20-25 mins at all times given the roundabout way you have to leave the neighborhood.

I’m not one to typically post a negative review. However, our experience needs to be shared. When searching for a property for our group to spend our yearly family vacation, I was impressed by the immediate response time from the host and booked shortly after. A few days before our arrival I emailed asking for an early check-in with no response. This continued as the days/hours got closer with no response to more emails and phone calls. When we arrived the house appeared clean and spacious. Shortly after our arrival, we discovered the ant problem in the bathrooms. In one of the upstairs master bedrooms, the fresh towels were full of ants - all towels were immediately washed (laundry detergent not provided). In the morning, we woke up to ants on toothbrushes, in our toothpaste, and all over the floors. The property owner was emailed immediately with no response. Each day we had to spray the bathrooms with ant poison which helped but didn’t eliminate the problem completely. The day before our departure, we received an email saying that they would send someone out immediately to take care of the ant problem. Later that evening when we returned home from a long day at the amusement parks, the ants were worse than before. In clothes, in the carpets, etc.

Great with a few issues

So when we first arrived we were all very impressed it was neat and tidy and ease of entry. However, we did have an ant problem. Which I can overlook because I lived in Florida and that's kind of a thing but my friend who didn't were not impressed. There were scuff marks on the walls going upstairs and in a few other places. The little hook in the downstairs bath was broken and it appeared that someone tried to fix it with toilet paper. Also the shade in the living room was not working right either so we just used the entrance in the dining room for the pool. The last day and a half we were there the neighbors to the back were so noisy ( loud music playing from 8am to 2am. not even kidding) it was really uncomfortable because we had babies. I realize this is not your fault but just wanted to make a note of it. My children truly enjoyed the pool, which they were in constantly. The space was large enough to host my group and having the laundry available was a lifesaver for those that had babies. Overall the property was great. Would recommend to someone if they asked as I felt the community was clean and safe as well.

Beautifully furnished and ready to rent . This home features 3 king size beds which is very unique for a 6 bed house and also has a triple bunk bed and tent for the kids . Offering a luxury stay to all our guest with stylish and classy furniture as well as lighting . Enjoy the Covered patio area that covers you from sun and rain or lay by the pool area for tanning in the beautiful Sunshine state. all the amenities you would want in a home away from home .
